You don't have to know japanese. Just write a word in english and if such a tag exists, it will show available options.

I'm pretty sure you can edit that in the "Iris" section on head. Its eyeshadow type I think
if you can't change it with that way, then either that custom headmod doesn't allow you to change it, or it has an overlay in material editor in sirome, just remove it by resetting it
