That's an Erena scene, I think the original post on pixiv is SAO Asuna
Every month he updates the time window. There's like a week or two where it is available, then he goes "okay no more requests", probably because it's such a complicated process that he does manually and needs the time to do it.
Was hoping someone here went through the hoops already, or was adept at doing so.
Looks like he skipped a month, but typically it opens up around that time. Crazy shit.

The japanese are weird like that. The cards are free so I don't mind it that much. From my various requests, they mainly do that to prevent people making money off their cards. If you ask nicely and agree to their terms, they will usually provide you the card.
