some cards may be generating conflicts delete the entire chara folder (if you have some important cards back them up) but start the game without any cards to check if it is just a problem with bad cards

Hi! You must be new to Koikatsu. Scene data takes the form of a .png file to be read by the game so that people can use their own characters (also saved in the form of encoded .pngs) and adjust the scenes if they so wish. In other words: those png images are the product.
Videos are recorded by the end user or by the creators seeking to give previews of their scenes. To turn the content into videos, you'll have to get the game yourself, acquire the appropriate mods, and then record them yourself.
