He will give you link unless your profile looks like a bot or something abnormal.
Remember be polite and don't spread the card or just reuse them for selling,that's basic rules.

Always hit the translate button on your browser when the card isn't immediately obvious in the images. Sometimes they link to an older post where it's updated or something. Sometimes it's like this and they just want to do private handouts.
Other times they're just paywallers using the character release tag incorrectly. If they didn't want the card released, they wouldn't mark it as a release, so we work to correct that for them. It's a service.
