Back on November 9th someone posted this file claiming it was the REEEEEEE mod. I don't know if it is or not but I don't see anything named REEEEEE in it.

It's that one. If you open the xml file of the mod, you can see the mod is in fact called REEEEEEEEEE
their cards are marked im trying to find these markings but so far no luck
