How do i activate Transparency slider for clothings in character creation?

Not every piece of clothing has transparency, even the stockings don't all have it.
Heres where to look for it if you didn't know already.

Until material editor or something similar gets added with different shaders, or a method to upload custom textures I don't know any other way to add transparency for now.
