Personally, I don't even blame a small team for taking a long time to make this stuff. As far as I can tell, all the assets are their own. But a creator that fully dips after stripping the game of everything that people liked is unbelievable.
Kvento already made a post saying the project is basically at a standstill, why Petreon wasn't paused then is beyond me.

This project used to be listed on Affect3d, a 3d porn publishing company. It looks like Kvento left them though. The last post they made together was in 2023, so it's safe to say they don't work together anymore.
I don't want to start theorizing, but it almost looks like this project was moved to Patreon to be funded by fans after Affect3d didn't want to back a dying project anymore.

Seeing his twitter it looks like he completely abandoned the project. He has an alt account now and hes just making AI slop. Someone should reach out and see if the project can be made open source or let someone take over development if he's just gonna abandon it entirely

Any way to turn Lumen off completely in the original version. It tanks my FPS in VR. in the newer version you have that option to turn it off and i'm running that at a solid 80 in VR on a rift s. the old version i'm hittin mid fortys because there is no option to turn it off completely. Fkn Lumen lol

I contacted the author to confirm that the project is dead/stopped (which he did) and ask if he would consider open sourcing what he achieve, but he declined, giving as a reason the fact that there are many purchased assets and it would be difficult to delete them. Also the author seemst have an attitude "if I can't have you, no one can"
