Sometimes I just can't understand this site rules. It allow lolicon and shotacon with 50%. But when there is guro and another deep shit, it is always allowed. How actually rules work?. There was a game about kunoichi mother and her son that got chucked by other Shota boys. It got deleted almost immediately. And then there is this guro disgusting shit..
To put in a simple way:
- All games must be playable offline
- All games must be playable in english
- All games must be adult (not necessarily porn)
- Malware isn't allowed
- "prepubescent character"s are not allowed*
- IRL bestiality or gore are not allowed
Unless a game breaks these rules, it'll stay up indefinitely.
So gore and bestiality is OK as long that it is fantasy, which is this case for this one. In other hand, if it was AI art to resemble actual humans, then it would be banned as well. There
are some torture games in F95Zone with little to no sexual content, because it meets all these rules.
Being loli or shota isn't the issue, but being prepubescent is. Which sounds like the case you described. So yes, it'll get removed. In other hand, if it is loli or shota but the F95 staff decides it is not prepubescent, it'll stay.
Note this rule has exceptions, for example, even if it has no sex scenes if the clothing is erotic it will break the rule, and if it is stated the character is 180 years old but will only reach puberty on their 200th anniversary, then that's also a rule violation which should be removed. And because these cases, it is always a debate when this rule was indeed violated, from the six summarized rules I posted above it's the most subjective one.
And of course, if the game cannot be played offline or is not in english and this hinders playability it will be banned too.
(Being playable in english doesn't mean being an english translation, which is how MTL gets in, but also some games with no story or that one which uses only emotes in dialogues).
You can find the long version of the rules
here and
here. They complement each other. And they sometimes change the rules too.
