A very new game called Lydia's Chronicles seems almost like a clone. Only a little content so far.
There are three games from a Dev called Partedes which are of similar quality but with much faster development circle. I can only see one of them on this site the other two are completed already but for some reason they're not here. I'm sure there are other Devs, but you have to ask in the appropriate section of the forum.

Yeah that seemed promising, but the fmc is so unrealistic in how she reacts to what happens to her. From a complete innocent to a really overt happy-go-lucky attitude about everything sexual - which is so far from normal it reads like a bad comedy skit
Seems like smth you'd do to make everything consensual and escape censorship, but it's such a massive turn-off..
