I dont understand the "how to install". If I just have to remove some files from my game folder, what is the download link for?

There is no option in the game. You have to activate the Config.exe file and manually select BGM off, save, and then run Imouto.exe.

I know this has been asked a few times and the answer seems always the same... but, how do I get the cowgirl scene?

Technically, yeah, you/they're right. Even the game addresses it as "sumata" (i.e. grinding), but in the thread you'll find exclusively "cowgirl", and you can see why.
And as for the code, it's either as you say, "unreliable", or the "frustration level" (hidden value) is not easily predictable. I had fulfilled every criteria but it didn't happen. Now I'm gonna try edging her for a longer time, Thursday and Friday, because just Friday wasn't enough. I tried edging her Saturday as well and nothing happened on Sunday, I'm not sure if that means edging 2 days straight still is not enough to get her to "frustration level 2".

I think it also depends on how much he is really adding to the game too. Is the game play between all the different Onii-chans(NEET, Student, Part-Time, Full-Time) going to really change how it plays out in the daytime? That could be cool if there was an actual difference or some sort of mini-games with each occupations. One thing I wished about the original is that you could go find a job as a NEET after you gain so much energy and such. I know you could do the weekend shifts after a while, but it would be cool to turn into a part-timer even without getting your sister pregnant.

I have three. I would never do anything like this to them, I'm not attracted to them in a romantic or sexual way. Besides they're all married now and we barely see each other.
