Probably not much of a reaction, aside from the obvious embarassment of knowing about a family member's porn preferences.
She's consumed some weeb-y content herself, like anime, manga, dorama and stuff, and is also familiar with fanfic and shipping communities, which has its fair share of incest stuff. She knows that people (at least the normal ones) can be into very freaky stuff and keep it separate from reality.
Who knows, maybe she enjoys sibling incest fiction herself. I certainly don't know, and I'd like to keep it that way.

One of them knows what I play all the time because I tell her, we generally play the same things, even down to the degenerate stuff, in her teenage years she really got into a lot of weeb stuff, she's a lolicon and I when I found out I started sharing stuff with her and that includes these games. She's played Fantasy but not this one, although she said she will play remake if it's similar to Fantasy. The other two I really don't know what they would say, they already call me and the one sister weird for being weebs and stuff even though their husbands are weebs.
