I just finished adding sound, so version 0.8 is ready!
All that remains is polishing. I will check the update for functionality/bugs and release it.

Really nice game. Do not known if it ill stay like this til the very end as it seems to be a ambitious project by the developer, but until now, few things can be hardly criticized.

But i need to ask, what about Elin? I mean, what is the reason for her existence as a character? Dont take me wrong, i kinda like her but she just feel very odd to me. Take for example Cass, Mother or even Ophelia. All of them has or had objectivies or at least a reason for them in history. Cass is very ambitious and had a entire plotline for her, Ophelia probably are that kinda of character that are really strong and do not know it but is very sickly (kinda like miquella for example if we take the part of ´´not knowing about their power`` off) Mother is probably a super strong mage and clearly have political plans for the realm/empire. But Elin is simply just there existing and complaining about something. I understand that i am talking about a adult game and perhaps she is just there to be hot and get fucked by her brother and in the very end have a thousand of incestuous half elves babies who are supossed to become king or emperor in the future, but still is kinda dificulty to understand her as a character. All the character in the game who are at least what we can call ´´adults`` (we do not known theirs ages to really imply that) have political views and political plots and reasons to do what they do, everyone but Elin.

Once again, i like her. I even thinks she is the ´´main`` love interest for the MC (i known it is a harem game) but i cant just let it go without saying she is kinda lost in the whole plot. I am pretty sure Lazy Monkey has something important for her cooking in the shadows. She has that whole plot about portals, that are specially intriguing if you go with the ´´mage`` path, althought i would not be surprised if it just becomes a multiverse orgy between multiples twin sisters and the MC or even with him and his otherselvs, but i feel kinda worried that she simple will become a important character coming frow nowhere like Deus ex machina.

Anyway, it still in the very beginning of the game so lets see what Lazy Monkey has in storage for us. Until then, really good job. It is kinda of a fresh air here in the F95 and in the adult VN scene nowadays.

Sorry if the english it is not as sharp at it was one day. I barely use it nowadays, especially when it is about writing and not reading or speaking.

That is exactly the point of Elin IMO. All other characters behave differently based on if you’re on their side or not. In the context of an adult VN, the LIs other than Elin are examples of conditional love (except Queen Mother because well, she’s Elis’ mother), whereas Elin is what unconditional love is.

She’s the twin too, which give an additional weight to that love. And she doesn’t give a fuck about all this politics, she’ll be by your side no matter what. She’s probably really powerful as well, which could be a plot point later on.

Certainly seems that way right now, but I feel the nature of her character is precisely to give an escape from all this scheming. Maybe if we get better context of Elis and Elin’s relationship instead of multiverse orgies, we can appreciate her presence better.

I like how you totally ok with Ophelia who has mentality of 12 y.o. child and her only puprpose so far is to be cute and naive. I really wonder what her "views and political plots" might be.

To me Elin looks like the most intersting character as she one of the few who was internal conflict. Yes, she is apolitical and primary focused on the art of magic as it's her main passion. Not every character in court must be scheming bastard. She also is strongest mage of generation and potentility strongest of all so it gives charachter some flavour by itlsef. Well and the one more reason is MC in the game has 3 main perks/paths so every sister represents one. That explains existence of Ophelia I guess, who really feels like a totally filler charachter.

I think at some point in the story MC will fuck up pretty badly -including dying- based on our actions or not. Dreams (?) we have seen, the one about MC's sisters after passing out at the dinner with the family kinda projecting this, their reaction to your death or your actions. Given she is a mage and all, considering how mages act in other fictions etc. misconception would be she would be a schemer or something like that at the beginning of the game. Well she is not and I am OK with this. Right now her role in the story is about being a safe haven, your ride or die kinda girl with magic capabilites, only one you can really trust.
If LM ever decides to widen whole Elven plot (if there is something like that at all) she may play a bigger role in the game in the next updates than what role she is given currently. So in conclusion, among all the characters she has the greatest potential storywise.

Ophelia is the lolita imouto, and is also chronicling Elis' history
