I think you misunderstood. You take her virginity, you can see the blood on the sheets and on you. The cat warns you that either you or her are a false seed but that it doesn't matter now anyways seeing as she is pregnant from you and the child will be tainted either way. When the cat says "the false seed has given offspring before" he doesn't mean Elin he's referring to others of his lineage as mentioned in the beginning of the conversation. He was supposed to find out who was true true seed and false seed, who is truly alive and not just a reflection of the other, but instead he got his sister pregnant meaning their child will be problematic. What this means for the future who knows.

There is a theme of twins in this game, where one twin is "alive" and the other is just a "reflection" - Seraphina & her sister were twins as well, which means it might be a genetic curse from the elven side of the family.

If I'm not mistaken, on the Lord route (and only if you save Valerian), Valeria hands you her pussy & womb on a platter.

Rebel route has no similar "rewards" from either Josephine or Catalina, so there's that. Unless you are on the Green route, and you get a Cass sex scene.

It is interesting to hear that Elin's love for MC is a 'lie', nothing but a "reflection". It doesn't necessarily mean that Elin lying to MC when she tells him she loves him romantically, but maybe her love for MC comes from the curse of their lineage? To Elin it feels real, but she would essentially be "forced" to love MC as a side-effect of being his twin...

On the rebel route if you give the dagger to Valerian his mom still thanks you anyways in the same way when he appears to swear loyalty to you. I opted for the rebels as that's what Elin said she would have chosen since it seems in the lord route Argus seems more hesitant to swear loyalty to you than Henry did.
