Apparently, the latest important variable that determines Love vs Lust path for the Queen is the baths talk during 0.8, where MC can either Agree or Disagree with Seraphina's request that they "tone down" their taboo relationship.
If MC disagrees, you continue pursuing her relentlessly like a horndog and get on her Lust path;
If MC agrees, you take a step back, and carefully continue exploring a relationship with Seraphina for her Love path.
Notice how, on the Lust path, Seraphina is still refusing to play into the fantasy, while on the Love path, she takes initiative and gives MC a handjob as soon as she notices he is hard...

Same issue then, could have sworn I was on the love path till I saw answers saying otherwise in this thread. I got the tag scene instead.

As far as I can tell, the walkthrough mod includes the i-patch.
Damn, is that for sure? I wanted the Love path but I assumed agreeing with that request was going to put an end to the relationship altogether.

Yup. That's the one that changes the variable that the Queen scenes in 0.9 check for.
After the baths scene, the Queen takes the "dominant" role in the Love path, while Elis remains in control of the relationship on the Lust path if you refuse to tone down your desire for her.

This game is crying out for a mrbubu walkthrough schematic. I'm so confused by all the various branches and random decisions i've made in previous versions.
Do i kill the guy or save catalina? Do i spare the other guy so i can bang his mum? What are the consequences!!!
I'm hoping that they're mostly just flavour and have little long term bearing on anything. Otherwise we're heading towards DPC territory

I get this Error whenever I try to load my previous save. Ignoring it results in the game starting from the beginning.

Copy folder "mod_additions" from WT mod to "game" or wait until it would be updated by its dev.

You have 2 folder "Original files cleaned and fixed up" and " Translations". Which folder are we supposed to overwrite the game folder with?

The scene was nice but the whole thing is a mess (and I love it since there is no black and white)
- Green Empire - team up with Cass for romance but politics essentially now revolves in you attempting to control the puppeteer or get controlled . I am not sure about the impact that brings to the rest of the family members.
- Red Empire - team up with Isis to bring forth the second coming of the red emperor
- Golden Order (Version A: you team up with a bannerlord to attempt to rescue your family and get the capital under control in exchange for some political power (You lose Aker and Cass - can kill or show mercy). Version B: Kill Cass and you bring peaceful transition of power and continue the status quo instead you are being guided by your mother and the elfs potentially).
PS: I am still not onboard with sympathizing with the elves due to bringing soothsayers that brought about the MC's exile or to kill him (none of this transpired due to cass), and Aliana's visit to cass in prison to share some "secret" knowledge that led to those actions.

Keep in mind that there are potentially 4 deities at play here who are all trying to bring about their vision of what the world should look like. Mirta (goddess of the elven pantheon), The Red Emperor (achieved legendary status and potential deification), the Moon Lady / Lady of Reflections (who may be some version of Death or an agent for him), and an unknown power (who is using Ludwig in cat version to communicate with MC). MC's exile and any attempt on his life are somewhat justified with him being the catalyst for any of the potential outcomes becoming reality, and Elin, Cass, and the Queen represent different avenues towards destruction.
It's a big ol' shitshow of whose going to come out on top: death, the elves, the humans, or saving everyone.
