Is there a consensus on "best" possible path ?
To me it seems a lot gray area, and my original PT is essentially fucking as many girls as possible, which seems that will have consequences.
While I like Elin, the entire incest seems forced, dialogue wise ? Maybe not only Elin is not the only one with fake love emotions in regards to Elis.

Idk mate, I think it's just a different flavours type deal imo. Like, the go with Cass path is kinda a banger, but you definitely come off more as a villain, and then the resist her/rebel path is also a banger and you're more of a typical hero type.

Both pretty great, couldn't personally identify either tho as "best"

(The below comment has reminded me that the red path exists, can't say anything about that one as I could never kill Cass. But it involves killing Cass....so I'm putting that one lower than the other two ngl...)

Would say white path is more of on the good side, but you play the hand of a puppet/hero as the elves under aliana seems to put things in motion, you get to "fix cass". Futhermore, you get scenes with your chosen wife either aurora or isis

Green path or the cass path is more of a neutral side, you throw a coup against your father which frightens your mom and elin but you take over the council with cass and get to use her as a boogeyman. You learn more about why cass is doing this and you essentially screw both sides in the western civil war by bringing in the blackspear who kill anything. I feel like there is a constant back and forth over who is in control cass or you.

Finally the evil path, the red path, this can be achieved by agreeing to Cass coup and then killing her and becoming the second red emperor. That says it all.

Personally I like the green path as the best because its more neutral in a way and also you soften cass along the way. Although if LM expands the white path more, maybe it will be the best.

it is still there, I don't remember if it was 0.4 or 0.5 update and for that to trigger you need to marry Aurora and say no to Cass Coup and select the option to give massage to the queen and this actually reminds me that we had a intercourse scene with the Queen long time ago lol, seems like nobody here followed this path and that is why we still see people complaining of no scene with the Queen although this scene only lasts couple of seconds and then the Queen push the MC away.

Just to add, you can marry either isis or aurora, you just have to say no to the Cass Coup.

You can then do either massage or wine, massage gives you a longer scene with the queen but no creampie. Wine scene gives you sex with the queen but just before you creampie, you get interrupted by your sister.

I think he realized it was a mistake, or just hasn't decided to extend the game beyond CH1 at that point, so now, there's no point in rushing things with the Queen.

Yup. Even discounting the "getting her drunk" part, the whole scene felt like a culmination of events that were skipped over. To this day, Seraphina hasn't given MC a blowjob, but supposedly, she let him penetrate her for a hot minute?? Nah, it was a mistake.

Tbh, the whole lust path needs more scenes that are initiated by Seraphina. There were some at the start like the bath one where she was teasing him, but right now most are just Elis being a horndog.

To be fair, the Lust path is precisely because Elis is a horndog that won't listen to Seraphina's pleas to stop their "relationship" before they hit the point of no return. She is reluctant (even if she clearly gets satisfaction from it as well), and hence why only Elis initiates their encounters. Doesn't stop her from "innocently" teasing him, though...

That's why, on the Love path, the latest scene has Seraphina initiate a handjob without Elis asking for it first - shows that she wants this on some level as well, she just needs to get more comfortable without being rushed.

[SPOILER FOR THOSE HAVEN'T PLAYED THE 0.9]
What's your guys take on the choices for the Western Kingdom lads? It seems like killing both Cassius and Henry at the first hand seems to be best choice for everyone, well except Catalina ofc. Other than that I liked playing the Rebel path than Noble path despite the AI usage, though this isn't the first time he does that and I get it why he does it so no biggie.

Back to the topic, Henry seems to be a loose canon and pretty ambitious one to be left behind as a vassal, though it was a cool display of loyalty to wave the new flag of the West from the walls which also symbolised loyalty to Golden Order. I hope there will be a choice to make someone else leader but I ain't so sure about other too. For instance I was suprised to see that Cassius isn't just a frantic republicist despite how he talks and behaves around the society, it seems to be he is pritorizing his familiy's interest based on how he was talking to his grandma whole time. So I think he could be even more dangerous then Henry himself or not. Afterall he was playing on the right horse. At first, Valerian might pose as the best choice but the time we left the West nobles might strike again.

Nobles I think more dependable to left behind as vassals since many of them imho missing the Red Emperor and his way of handling things. Also Argus seems reasonable and a loyal man.

I have no opinion on Cass path as of now since we don't really know these guys Cass want to appoint on the west. They seem to be disliked by other nobles and way too opportunistic.

Cass path is the best, you get to play all the regular scenes with others and you get to play scenes with Cass too.

I love Cass, as much as I love Elin, for different reasons. She's a good person with a demon on her back; I get that. But I wish there was a path to something with her that left out staging the coup, which I'm inclined to believe will lead to suffering and possibly more death down the stretch. We don't know whether she sees the MC as a means to an end, if she'll continue to scheme and possibly plan his murder, or if she'll mentally collapse, Lady Macbeth style. None of this shit is appealing to me, but I can see how some would salivate at the thought of this horror show.

I'm hoping that if the MC chooses to "fix" her, it can lead to something good, but only as long as he's able to understand her history to correct the wrongs of the past. This is where I'm also hoping that there's more scope for plot and character development; you can't "fix" someone if they aren't heard and if someone doesn't make things right. If this involves shutting out the Queen, it'd add more realism to the story, too.

Yeah, it doesn’t stop her from teasing him. That hasn’t been happening much though.

I was making a point based on the dev’s previous game, that had many instances of the mother innocently finding herself (while clearly being aware of it) in positions that would bring out the horndog in the MC. This would bring an important aspect to the character of Seraphina: agency as a woman with her own needs.

Hopefully that same spirit is brought into the lust path here, right now it has a somewhat (maybe I’m being extreme here) rapey vibe which I’m not a big fan of.

Just finished prologue, tried some different paths, do i need to be bookworm for Sona path? or can i get her later with fighter perk?
Also for some reason Sona option in tavern only is visible as bookworm, but her scene has fighter/mage checks.
