Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm confused about Cassandra's reluctance to have a relationship/show romantic feelings towards Elis in this update (if you sleep with her), but if you made the decision to marry her as your queen (As you ascend the throne first of course) when you were teenagers in a flashback, Cassandra is beyond supportive of the idea. Did I miss something?

I think in future, we will see Cass being more submissive towards MC and once the MC become King/Emperor she will also ask him to marry her and make her the Queen and maybe in future she will also want to get pregnant like other girls.
I understand that, but before Cassandra was stressing a lot about being unwanted due to her appearance (mainly the eyepatch), but jumped at kissing Elis if you choose "marry her" option, and mentioned she will wait for Elis, since he is being sent North soon. I wonder what changed her mentality in that timespan to forget such a serious promise and be somewhat cold towards Elis as a LI.

It probably boils down to being a hopeful kid, versus an adult scarred by reality.

She was ridiculed/ostracized her whole life, which only got worse after Elis was exiled - the presiding Queen also hated her guts, presumably because she blamed Cass in large part for it. It’s not an easy life being hated by the Queen of a kingdom, and only tolerated by your father, the King.

Due to this, she probably feels some sort of insecurity towards Elis: wondering if he truly loves her as a woman, or just someone who warms his bed. It’s clear she loves Elis romantically, and that she wants more from their relationship, but can’t bring herself to say it out loud or admit to herself, because she feels it would undermine her position and/or reputation.

I expect her demeanor to relax once Elis officially makes her his Queen, and she gets definite confirmation about Elis’ feelings.

That makes sense. I just wished either Cassandra or Elis would address their promise to one another, if they are going to keep having these conversations about falling in love/making Cassandra queen and how taboo it is, etc. I do remember the story of Cassandra of having that one-time boyfriend for a brief period, but even with Elis' exile, that guy pales extremely in comparison to the affection/trust Cassandra has for Elis.

Well, I would like that as well. The finale (with the next update) promises to be explosive, so hopefully, we get some major developments on that front (for all LIs).

I don't even think there is a possibility of Cassandra to even be a Queen since in the eyes of the kingdom, you are married to Aurora or Isis. The most would be secondary spouses or concubines. It is the whole reason why they all tell you that they don't want to raise bastards and if you have Isis as a spouse, she said she will kill any of your other children should they try to press their claim.

The most I would say for all family members would be secret lovers or concubines or secondary spouses.

I honestly don't want to see the scene where we have to chose if we want to make Cass a Queen or not because I am going for no if that ever really happen and maybe this will never happen because the MC is already married to Aurora/Isis so obviously one of them will become the Queen and Cass will probably stay as a secret lover just like his sister Elin.
The problem is if you choose isis. You might havin massive problem with her as "Queen". Even, the MC already seen some future. If she was gonna cheat with another nobleman from her kingdom allies or isis could be one of the mastermind of Coupe d'eta...

All we saw is your daughter accusing her of things with literally no evidence other than Isis goes out in the garden a lot. Unless the mc pisses Isis off somehow I can't see Isis doing that. She already says tat she wants the mc to become the emperor.

yea now let's see what we are getting in the 1.0 update, most probably we will see a scene with Priscilla, Elin, Queen and Cass and from the patreon post it seems like Elin gave birth to a daughter so we can expect a new character to be introduced.
I rly don't think game will have a time skip in the near future, it could be a teaser of future just like Mysterious Lady has shown us.

Dunno about Cass will ever be a queen but I think there will be a ending where MC can dump being the emperor and escape with Elin or with any romance by the end of the game. And I don't wanna brush off Cass being a Queen since I believe there will be a time where MC will be in a position do whatever the hell he wants xD

At this point I risk going full Caligula mode, and turning my current wife (Isis) into a concubine or even forcing her to be a first-rate Cuckquean. All of this with the goal of making Cass the queen who rules by my side

Ok I can see Isis killing the mc over that. We know she doesn't mind if mc has concubines, but I don't think she'll ever accept being demoted.

Isis may not mind MC having concubines as means of sexual release, but she already made it clear she won't tolerate bastard children that could contest her children's place on the throne.

Yeah, but it's not like anyone has to know they're the mc's. As long as the parentage doesn't come to light I can't see anything happening. Isis also made it clear she'd go after the mother and child, not the mc. Either way again I'm pretty sure that Cass does not want to be queen or have his child and is fine being mc's secret lover.

Cass definitely wants to be Queen. I can see her wanting a child to solidify her legacy as monarchs, as well. Not to mention, to piss off her dead father who shunned her - she would join her bloodline with MC's, and produce an heir that Regis would hate.

She absolutely doesn't want to be queen. She's fine with Mc being the actual ruler and her doing things on the concil behind the scenes. She has literally nothing to gain from having a child with the mc and literally told the mc that she doesn't want him to get her pregnant and is probably someting the mc is going to ave to try to convince of down te line. And why would she care about making a dead man angry? He's dead. In her eyes she already won when the coup was a success and he's pretty much a vegetable now.

As of right now, I don't think cass wants to be queen as she wants to be the MC's boogeyman and then step back to rule from the shadows. Having a child during the boogeyman phase will throw a wrench at the plan as many will wonder who got her pregnant.

The way I always see it is Aurora's or Isis's children will always be official heirs due to the marriage and everyone else's will be secret lovers or secondary spouses. Even then, the secondary spouses is doubtful because its never been done, Regis killed Cass's Mom and then remarried Seraphina.

We still have at least 1.5 month before we get the 1.0 update and I don't know about Cass or others but I am super excited and hoping to see a scene with Priscilla, she pretty much disappeared after being sent to Prison and I was hoping to see more scenes with her when we first met her at Lockhart's and Elin wedding and later on she even told MC to come see her next day after roaming in Garden and Library with the Queen but that meeting never happened.

Unless I've got things very confused, the King isn't dead, he's "sick" since he was poisoned.
They treat him as dead because there is no cure yet.
There could be a major twist, since they've found a cure (not perfect and with a low success rate)...
If he recovers, enough to talk...
At least Cass was smart enough to say more than once that "she" didn't do anything, since it was Priscilla...
