So lets start from the very beginning. Red Emperor has 3 sons as of we know. Conrad, youngest; our father, the eldest (?) (who was supposed to executed because of patricide) and Regis who is the middle child, also revealed to be Cass' father by Alaina. Supposedly, when Red Emperor got defeated and returned to capital, he was killed by his eldest son -who is our father actually- and executed (he got locked up actually thanks to Alaina).Wait so can someone explain to me in dummy terms what Alaina revealed to the MC?

Supposedly, when Red Emperor got defeated and returned to capital, he was killed by his eldest son -who is our father actually- and executed (he got locked up actually thanks to Alaina).
Anyway, when Regis was killed by his wife (Cass' mom), she went to Alaina and Alaina decided to hid the fact of his death to replace the middle child with the eldest (our father) because nobles wouldn't accept the eldest child as their king, according to Alaina. So to actually make the whole situation believable she orchestrated a mass assassination with the purpouse of killing everyone who knows real Regis (middle son), starting with Cass' mom and also Red Emperor's wife according to Conrad.
Later she confesses that she blackmailed our father to marry Seraphine and to ensure your succession, she poisoned our father to make him barren. Because, you know, nobles would have preffered a human over a half-elf even if it was a bastard. All-in-all thats why he didn't announce you as the heir, the eldest son from the very beginning but it worked in the favour of Alaina bcs if you were announced as the heir, you would be the target from the birth. So to ensure your safety and succession she got you exiled (with your help ofc lol).
After you got exiled, she start sending oracles to him to make him more delirious, I think. Later on, Cass started to send her oracles too. So she set them against each other, in that way she also orchestrated the coup.
In conclusion:
1. Real Regis was killed by his wife.
2. Our father replaced Real Regis by stealing his whole identity thanks to Alaina, they were alike and Alaina made some magic.
3. Alaina killed everyone who knows Real Regis; including Red Emperor's wife (according to Conrad) and Cass' mom, Sybilla.
4. Our father got blackmailed/indebted to Alaina and got married to Seraphine.
5. To ensure your succession, he poisoned our father to make him barren and got exiled for your own safety as an heir.
6. To make our father unfit to rule and make him more delirious, she sent oracles.
7. Cass start to send oracles too.
8. Alaina set Cass and king aganist each other by revealing who killed his mother. Which is a lie because she killed her.
9. In the end, she used both Cass and Priscilla to make the 'coup' happen. Not fully deliberatly perhaps but eh.

Slice elves in half with a dwarven axe.
Thanks buddyher love path, you need to aggre with her terms to get that.
Thanks friendThe last one opens on the “Love” path if you chose "Horny" options.
I think that the role should still play whether you supported the elves (republic) in the west.Considering that I read the Wiedźmin book series during my adolescence, I make it a rule to always root for the elves in fantasy contexts.
Not to mention the fact that Conrad is also highly suspicious (at the end of the update, the camera zooms in on his face as the MC absorbs the new information, and I can see a mischievous smirk on the "king's protector's" face).
I'm hoping that (I'm on the green path) allying with Alaina and Cass will cement the possibility of something like a "dark elf path," potentially transforming the MC into someone similar to Eredin from The Wild Hunt.
And before anyone says Cass would object... Cass wants power! If that means killing humans and allying with elves (or dark elves), I think she'd be happy to do it.
The future will tell.
Bro, this is literally who Cass has *always* been. She always tried to take what she wanted at any cost and if she couldn't have it she'd try to destroy it so nobody else could and shifted the blame. Of course *she* would say her hand was pulled! What do you think she'd say! But he wasn't even touching her when she cut him! If he was pulling her hand and she was resisting then her hand would have gone away from him when he let go of her hand. Her hand had to be going towards him he let go, I mean come on, do you really buy the idea that he would drag the dagger into is own face? No, at best he was trying to move her hand sideways away from them but he let go she saw her chance to cut and shift the blame...he was literally not touching her when she cut.Cass never tried to stab the mc. You could at least try and rewatch the scene instead of relying on memory. The scene plays out exactly like UnoriginalUserName says. The two of them are in a tug of war over the knife and cass accidently scratches the mc. Then he gets mad and stabs her eye. Cass even says in the scene that it was an accident that happened only because the mc pulled her hand. Like I know you're pretty open about disliking her, but you could at least try and converse in good faith. View attachment 5063182

Hopefully there’ll also be the opposite route with maledom content for Cass and AlainaAs long as we get a full femdom Cass path where the MC becomes her puppet, I’ll be happy. Unfortunately, I don’t think we’re getting it. With every new update, there’s less and less femdom content with her.
Alaina might get a route like that, though
He was "touching her" to keep her from cutting herself...at the very least she believed that if she did so she would be destined to take his throne, it's unclear whether he believed it but they were 12 so it's possible. But regardless, he was not touching her when the knife made contact with his face and he would not bring the knife towards his own eye...even a child can see that. No, I don't buy that for one second. And she didn't need to swing towards him...her hand just had to be pressing towards him when he was trying to wrestle the knife from her and when he let go the hand just continued on its way and striking him.He was literally touching her when it was pulled and only lets go of the knife to cover his eye after he was injured. LIke I said you can say whatever shit you want about Cass true self or whatever I don't really care. But you are intentionally lying and ignoring the actual events of the scene to justify your own bias against the character. It happened exactly like I just said. They were both in a tug of war over the knife and mc got injured because they were stupid kids playing with knives.
If your so convinced that Cass was intentionally trying to stab the mc and we are all misreading the scene why would the mc let go of the knife in the first place? He was very clearly trying to take the knife from her the second before he got injured, why would he just suddenly stop pulling? Also it's not that he let go and her hand flug towards him. Is that he pulled her hand in his direction as he was trying to wrestle control of the knife from her and it grazed him. And why do you think we are saying he dragged the knife to his face? That's not what happened. The knife was already outstretch and upword so when he pulled the knife in his direction it scratched his face because it's a sharp object pointed upward.
Like I said I don't really care whether you like Cass or not, think she's a psych or not but you don't have to blatantly lie to try to make that point. They were wrestling over the knife, it got too close to the mc's face and he got scratched. It's pretty simple. Also why would cass need to shift blame in the first place. If she wanted the mc gone she could have actually stabbed him or cut his throat or anything
No he wasn't he very clearly says he's trying to take the knife from her because he wants to be king and he's grasping her hand the entire time until he gets injured. It's very clear in the scene that both Elis and Cass believe that the knife is magic and that it will make one of them king/queen and that both were fighting over the knife because of that. He was not trying to stop her from cutting her self he was literally trying to take the knife from her hands by pulling it away from her. And again the only time we see him let go of the knife is when he's grasping his face after wards. Like I just said you have a preconvieced opinion on Cass's character based on her future actions. That's fine and I don't really care. But you are trying to use her future actions to justify that this scene is malcious in intention when the game very much presents it as an accident that only happened because they were children fooling around with a sharp object. He was "touching her" to keep her from cutting herself
And cutting herself they believe would change their destinies resulting in her stealing the throne...soo yes, he was trying to keep her from cutting herself. And the images are very clear...he's not touching her when then knife cuts, last he touched her was when the knife was half way between them. Why are you even arguing this nonsense? No he wasn't he very clearly says he's trying to take the knife from her because he wants to be king and he's grasping her hand the entire time until he gets injured. Cass never "swung" the knife towards him. And Elis had no real reason to let go of the knife.
