No class is better than another in absolute terms.

Warrior is better aligned with Cassandra, Mage with Elin and Bookworm with Lia. They each get exclusive content with the correspondent class.

Isis also respond better to warrior, no idea about Aurora.

I have another question. At the end of one of the chapters, the game says that I met the vampire again, but the scene doesn't appear. Anyone else with the same problem?

Warrior is best I think imo, although all paths lead to almost equal amount of content.

Aurora gets exclusive content with Bookworm I believe if I'm remembering it right. When you first meet her like how Isis has the special meeting scene with warrior.
