Another A+ update.
A lot longer than the previous one which had too much branching it was nice to advance the story so much and since the difference now between Cass being alive and not outside the castle is not so big hopefully things continue to progress quickly.
Farmers daughter sex scene was hot AF. Kind of a loli I loved it.
I hope with some of these one off fucks we start to see some swollen bellies without having to wait until the very end. I kept expecting them to stop by in the village MC started off in and see the tavern maid pregnant (not exactly sure how much time has passed...)
The setting for this game is just so fun I love it. So many fantasy games are absolutely ruined by trying to merge fantasy + sci-fi and have their be like ruins of futuristic civilizations all around.
Maybe I'm walking off a cliff but I'm still holding out for Cass to be redeemed.
It may be obvious to everyone else but who is the puppet master they keep referring to? Alaina? the mom? Someone else?

This update was pretty good. I didn't expect to see children but I thank the dev for showing it as that was something I would've always been curious about. Of the shown ones, I like Azalia the most. I didn't think she would have strong elven features, but she looked great. Shockingly, Zlata didn't have any noticable elven features. Also, there's another thing I noticed. All of the Elins started having elf ears in some of the scenes. Don't know if that was intended or an error. Seemed strange, especially for Modern day Queen to have elf ears. Black hair Elin is best Elin by the way. She's hot as fuck
As for the rest of the update. I played around with the options and it was interesting that you can "fix" Cass in prison, if you wanted too. It was also interesting that MC lived long enough to have near adulthood children, even if you kill Cass. So that means she's probably not one of them like previously believed. Or, at least the end of the world isn't something immediate since decades passed.
For the other women. The future with Isis seems to point out that she's not an immediate danger to MC like some believed. Further in the future? Who knows. But so far, Isis seems devoted to MC for at least close to two decades of time and their daughter seems to align more with MC.
There's also Alaina. The Elven Cass, at this point. People always focused too much on Queen being the mastermind, but Alaina has always been the red flag. From being the main person to suggest MC get exiled to going as far as trying to manipulate his mind with her magic. Hell, last update, it was always questionable how she didn't immediately get locked up like Queen. Something I'm glad MC pointed out. Then there's the present day vision. Yeah, I'm glad MC also doesn't trust her anymore.
That's it for now. I'll have to play the game some more and come back with more thoughts. The update was short, but pretty good nonetheless. The outcome did turned out how I thought it would. At least in regards to Cass and Priscilla under the coup. While it's possible for Cass to escape execution. That's a player choice. Priscilla flees, leaving Cass to her fate.
Oh yeah, Lia scene was great. Milf Aurora was hot. Queen was a bit disappointing this update. Isis is still the best wife.

Well i don't like Cass, so she normally never even approaches me with the coup.
If you kill her after she told her plan for the coup you end up pretty with the white coronation (except you will miss most of the 0.6 update), same as if the MC is in prison and reject to work with her.
The path were cass tells you about her coup is best for a Cass path.
Personaly i like either the white coronation where the MC is in prison and later executes Cass, or the red coronation where Isis poisons Cass.
Well, if we believe the woman which shows us the vision, the best course would be killing all the snakes as she says, Cass being one of them, she's happy if we kill Cass.
It was pretty clear that Isis wouldn't be a threat until she had some children with the MC and secured her position, old enough kids to take over etc. Was said several times iirc.
And this vision, if we believe the daughter, Isis was maybe not so loyal and could be planing to get rid of the MC.
But it's just a single moment, so hard to say anything. The daughter could also be a shemer like her mother or Cass and try to stir up shit, or maybe even get her mother out of the way (that would be kinda funny)

Dude, if you go the good route and imprison Cass, then choose to "Fix" her, then in the "Present" scenario you'll see Lady Alaina go to see Cass in prison and try to manipulate our poor sister
So, yes, Lady Alaina seems like a danger that needs to be eliminated

For the tenth time, can someone please make a gallery mod for this lovely game? Would be nice to fap with gallery mod rather than unpacking ren files and going through every image folder.
What worries me more is when we really execute our beloved sister. Then Lady Alaina turns to Conrad and tries to manipulte him against us. Even though Conrad declares his loyalty, I suspect she would say something like "dethroning your nephew is the only way to protect him". And since she was the only one really obligatary to accompany MC in the exile, I begin to doubt has she really ever cared about MC? Is all her past time with MC just pretense? Cass is like a naive baby compared with her cunning.

In regards to Azalia and Isis. Possibly. But, I feel that even if Isis is plotting like Azalia thinks. She's not going to go rogue like Cass. She could be setting up a back up plan, but the fact that they have a nearly grown daughter and MC is still in the picture at least shows she's not completely nefarious as some were suggesting (was that Alaina this update or Catwig?). Though, they don't have a son yet, so further in the future that could change.
As for killing Cass. I feel like this update tries to make it seem like she doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things. At least on the playthroughs I did where she's killed or put in prison. Hell, people last update believed Priscilla would take the fall for Cass, but Priscilla left her hanging just like I said she would. I'll have to play through my Cass saves to see where she's going in them, but yeah I think killing Cass isn't as negative if an outcome as believed. At least not in the immediate future.

Great update! I didn’t expect MC woulf f Lia before Elin lol. If I had to guess a few updates ago I would’ve swear she would be the first relative he would bang since they’ve kind of been in love since childhood. Seeing MC’s potential future children really shocked me, ngl. Maybe in the next game (a sequel?), we could play as one of MC’s bastards children or as an older version of him to explore that father-daughter relationship

eh cartoons don't do shit for me without context. Ie if I don't know who they are or what led up to that H scene. Kinda helps if they are bro/sis fucking vs just 2 friends and if they are 10-12yo lolis too. Maybe just make a save before every scene and choice? That's what I do, then no galleries or unlocker cheats are needed. That's one thing I like about Renpy, I don't think there's a cap on number of saves unlike some shitty engines with 5 or something.

Lazy Monkey, please add your game to steam. Your game is simply an INCREDIBLE MASTERPIECE. There are a lot of games in Steam that are inferior to yours in many aspects: storytelling, animations, variability, graphics, etc. Imperial Chronicles is the best game of its genre and I hope to see it in Steam + some DLC in which Prince Elis lives in the modern world, and Elis from the modern world lives in fantasy. Please consider releasing the game on steam + DLC
