The game doesn’t indulge in a lot of sex for its size, man, it has tons of text and history, and I don’t want to endlessly re-read dozens of pages of intricate fantasy stories in the hope of waiting for something worthwhile and hot. If you're interested, there's a lot of boring crap like this on the forum, or you should look for it on JK Rowling's Twitter, not on a porn tracker.
The author's previous game was perfectly balanced and filled with exemplary incest content, this author is a virtuoso in his field and you shouldn't tell him how to make hot games).
Actually, the game has so far had a very good balance of lewdity to lore. And the "Skip unseen text" option is there for a reason in Renpy games, wouldn't you agree?
Besides, the developer himself stated that Imperial Chronicles would have a bigger and better worldbuilding than his previous games. Which also makes sense, given that this is a historical(?) fantasy game.
Can't be mad about something that the dev intended to do with their project, as opposed to the numerous other games on this site that steered so tragically of their tracks and ended up losing half of their supporters to sudden changes in script & tone.
Lazy Monkey games is one of the few developers I actively support on Patreon, and it's because of their preferred fetishes and work ethic. Their games have regular updates and decent content size.
I'd rather have games like these, that get finished within 2 years of starting, than to have games like Dreamland, BaDIK, Intertwined, Summer's Gone that will have you passing on your save files to your grandkids so they can finish them.
IMHO I'll take 'short & sweet' games over projects like Seeds of Chaos any time, any day.
