Putting the Queen in the poll just pure unfair, rigged 100%. Should be Catalina -Josephine - Priscilla. I want to fuck that disabled red head chick real bad.She'd definitely let you if you side with her. The only one in NEED of an extra event is Priscilla since she had 0 scenes and her further role, if she has any even, is in question. Maybe this poll was our last chance to do her.

Does anyone know why the elves want the rebels to win? They're thinking too small, they should be asking MC to give them the entire west.
IF i got it right, once the rebels wins it, there will be some kind of ´´election`` and someone will problably be appointed as a warden/king or whatever they call, so this one will rule over the west. Considering the fact that the winner side will be the one that the MC chooses, most probably the MC himself will choose a puppet to rule over there wile he gains even more power to reunite the empire.
I think the elves will mostly likely recommend someone for the role and like this we will probably betray the rebels leaders if we goes onto that path. But it is just speculation, cannot known for sure and probably will only be available on a 0.10 update.

If you can't see the problem in trying to make "equal" content for 4 paths with (presumably) wildly different outcomes on a 1.5 month release schedule...Still gonna whine like a little baby about that?

Tbh Priscilla is a hot MILF and stuff but I hardly see any positive outcome for her in the story... She's on death row already, she'll get one scene at best or maybe a tiny epilogue should you manage to keep her alive, but she's not central to the story.
On the other hand, there might be a way to close the western civil war arc quite easily if you consider it like a sort of mini-game where you just close the arc, win support from a side and get a specific bonus perk (i.e. Da Western Noble Army Joins Ya Forces Your Army is Now Size Big), set some flags for future lore shit (The Elves: Upset +1000), get a specific side-girl winning scene, and voilà your plot doesn't devolve into 16 different paths.
All in all i'm pretty sure this game will only ever have 3 branches and extra scenes depending on which LI you're romancing.

To be fair, I don't think anyone was expecting Priscilla to get a more important role in the story - just a sex scene before she's beheaded or whatever, which is fair. Instead of giving us a fan favourite MILF to play with, the dev gives us a random old woman (Lockhart's mother), which is a weird choice.
That would be the "ideal" solution in terms of keeping the branching to a minimum (nothing major to influence each path you choose), and I would welcome it. The nature of development of this game just doesn't lend itself to having major plotlines locked to some branches.
And I don't think any of the LI romance paths will determine the endings. At least so far, all of them are equally important to the story regardless of your relationship with them (except Cass).

Well, sir, I have to disagree with you.
In the midst of the political chaos that will be established after the civil war, I see the possibility of transforming Priscilla in:
1. concubine
2. sex slave (if you have a tendency towards sadism)
3. political advisor
And she's not just another MILF, she's a fucking hot MILF.
