Well, considering its genre and the themes it raises, I'm surprised it's even on it.
Imo, as much as I'd love a Seraphina pregnancy, I don't think it'll happen in this next update. It would be too rushed into the story to have pregnancy since they just crossed that line last update. It would make more sense for her to fully accept the new relationship with Elis and post time-skip where she willingly decides to have his kid. Lazy Monkey's writing is pretty damn good so I don't see how one can go from having sex one update and then being pregnant the next update unless we're doing a time-skip before the bigger time skip

Obviously, it is too early for her to be pregnant in 1.1 after only having sex in 1.0 - the time skip is only a few weeks, the arrival of Elin's mage friends being the reference point.
What we are merely discussing is the wish to have the girls be pregnant throughout the game, and not only towards the end of the game (as was the case in LM's previous game, Monkey Business). Especially considering how long this game is planned to go, with Chapter 2 taking at least two more years to complete (a guesstimate, based on the development time of CH1), having to wait 4+ years before seeing Seraphina pregnant would just be cruel torture coming from a character that already expressed a desire to have more children of her own. In fact, I go a step further and suggest these characters get pregnant multiple times throughout the story, as I'm sure we will have multiple timeskips over the course of the story told.
Keep in mind that CH2 will be taking place after a moderate timeskip, so I am at least expecting Lia to be pregnant in 1.2 - I would hate for her to be relegated to the "girl that MC can fuck without consequences to provide regular sex scenes" character.
I'm fully onboard with multiple pregnancies throughout the story. I can't recall any game that's integrated that within its story. (Obviously excluding games where you get a girl pregnant and just adds a tally to the baby counter and the baby is put in instant daycare
)

Playing in the bookworm path but still prefer spring more, I know sona will be useful and have more content in the future, but she is not my cup of tea.
Moreover, this game is a story based vn not a data competition rpg, rather than choosing the powerful character I would prefer more to choose the character I like.

I too prefer Spring, but it would be nice if Sona protect Spring (after all the girl works for her) and they both come to us later, allowing us to get Sona too if we chose Spring at first.
