Actually, I need to rectify a thing I wrote; I thought Mirta wanted the cycle to continue but she is actually a hypocrite. She wants the cycle to continue but on the other hand she wants cassandra dead.

So either "the mysterious woman" isn't Mirta but the moon/reflection lady posing as Mirta or... Mirta is a hypocrite and isn't as powerful as she claims since she doesn't see the consequences of her own wishes. If cassandra is executed, then the other 2 snakes will strangle eachother and the mc, if he kills them all he will fall into the abyss. Or... she knows and wishes to harvest the mc's soul early. Since from her pov, the mc is the most dangerous person to her because 1 wrong move could destroy "the harvest"

Mirta goals aren't the same as the Reflection of all things. They share similar interest, but they differ as well. It's the same with the Red Emperor and the Moon Lady. They're all clashing against each other directly and indirectly with their prophecies.

No. You'll find plenty who prefer Isis and you'll find plenty who prefer Aurora.

It's entirely down to preference.

It was too early to kill her. No fun in that. It's worse I think, to let her live and to start thinking that Elis is the saviour of her people. Only for her to slowly start finding out just how wrong that she was. JUICY BETRAYAL!

It's not very often that a game lets you on one hand, be a genocidal madman (at least it's LOOKING like you might be able to.) And then be a more 'traditional hero' in another. That's some good shit right there. So damn straight I'm gonna give it a go.

Almost everyone giving you prophecies is working at cross purposes. There are multiple factions all trying to manipulate you towards their desired ends. You've also missed the obvious out for the three snakes.

What happens if you only kill two of them?

No, but it's probably one of the first ones to pop up if you search for one. I don't really think there was much thought other than he needed a coin for a scene and there is a premade daz asset that can be used

Didn't Sera already say several updates ago that the southerners were there before the elves and then elves invaded the continent and forced them south, and then the iron men showed up and did the same thing to the elves that the elves did to the southerners, so some elves believe them to be divine retribution?

My biggest disapointment with this game is how weak the scenes with Elin are after all that build up.

Valerie won the vote, so he have to satisfy the subscribers...

i mean even if we compare scene Elin vs Valerie, Elin basicly only got 2 sex scene but with both 2 option (both scene pretty much mid) meanwhile Valerie get 4 different scene in total and the third one is really long and complete sex scene. so imo i dont aggre if people saying both getting same treatment for scene.

This always happens when devs allow patrons to vote on scenes, story and logical prioritization gets ignored in favor of fan fav of the hour. Important characters like your twin ELin, whom you spent 90% of last season chasing, get one single scene, then half a benny hill scene this update. While throw away side characters like Valeria gets tons of scene. Mother another important character , but she gets more than her fair share of scenes almost one at every update, at the expense of other important character like your wife, or characters who have been with you from the very beginning "Elaina" but got no scene.

It is bad enough the Lazymonkey teased a Val scene in the update before this one, and we got nothing. Just a camo appearance both for both paths "forced and non forced" just to make way for annother mother scene.

It is getting absolutely stupid at this point and in my estimation down the line it will destroy this VN.

It is the reason why I avoid Incest games, specifically incest games where patrons have voting power. It becomes just one character scenes on repeat.

Oh yeah, fully agree, Valerie just showed up and suddenly had a lot of scenes, despite not really being all that important. To be honest I forgot both of their names a couple of updates ago (If you care to search the thread you can see me asking "Whatever happened to the Elf prisoner girl" before the reunion scene").
It's insane how many scenes Valerie got, I guess the Dev just really wanted to do Cheating Wife content

I agree with your point. It's not good that his Patreon now basically dictates which character gets scenes. Incest games always fall into the same trap.

Lazy_Monkey forcing the players to chase an important character like your twin for 90% of last season then giving them a throw-away half a scene which is so much lesser in quality than that of side characters is just incredibly bad prioritization and it will effect the quality of your VN.

Oh boy I didn’t want to do this but here we go-
I see lot of people having a problem with Elin scene, for the past about 2 updates she had no scene whatsoever and now when she finally got it all you guys wanna do is complain? Now about Valeria she won the poll and that is why she has a great scene in 0.12 Update just like Val the elf won the poll in 0.11 and hence she showed up in 0.11 and nobody had a problem now when Valeria showed up after about 2-3 updates everybody has a problem?

Yes Elin should have gotten a better scene but don’t you guys see Queen and Lia having great scenes in each update? Yes there are problems with translation, animations and other bugs but are you guys getting updates once in a year or once in 2-3 months? Also regarding usage of AI in recent updates, about 150 people voted in favour of it so no point blaming LM.

People supporting him on Patreon don’t care about all this because they know how hard it is to update the game every 2-3 monts, sure LM can perfect this game in every possible way but then the updates would be like once or twice a year you guys want that? Sure but people paying him on Patreon don’t want that

What I want to say is stop complaining about 1 negative thing and start focusing on other 10 positive things in each update.

Everytime LM releases the update this thread is filled with negative opinions for at least a week after the release, just be happy that he is able to release updates every 2-3 months, there are problems in the update? LM is not gonna fix them and that is how it has been since the start, he will fix them in the next update but by then you will have a lot more things to complain about.

I know you've been one of his supporters for a long time, and thank you for that.

My criticism is solely about how he handles scenes for different characters. If he can create scenes for Valerie that are ten times better, why doesn't Elin receive the same level of care? Even Lia gets well-crafted scenes, even if they aren't as long as Valerie's.

This is just my opinion on his approach to character scenes. The developer is, of course, free to disregard this feedback.

Yeah, after 6 months of waiting, Elin's sex scene in 0.12 just wasn't going to cut it.

In the same update, we have Elin x Elis getting constantly interrupted + having sex once and it's over - but later on, Elis just picks up Lia & takes her to a random room in the castle, and fucks her WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS... twice.

If LM legit planned Elin's scene from the start (and not something last minute to appease Elin fans), then this was terrible planning. Nothing more need be said. For fuck sake, even Elis x Valeria didn't get interrupted, and once again, did it multiple times! The scene with Elin was just cruel (short + reused positions)...

P.S. Stop the doomsaying about "Patreon votes ruining the game". It's not the voters, it's LM who can't formulate a proper poll and keeps including the Queen into polls for extra scenes, instead of, you know, women who haven't actually gotten a scene yet. It really does turn out that poll-making is a skill when you look at these devs...

Yeah, getting that scene on my 'genocidal paranoid Elis' did make me feel a little bad after. As she spends most of that scene hyping Elis up as the 'Saviour of Elvenkind'. Only for Elis to annihilate her caretakers face with a goblet not too long after this and put those dreams to bed...

In my "normal" games. She will survive and hopefully thrive. I hope we can get the option of getting her as another mistress for the harem. Or even as an elven bride like she suggested.

So real. Shame there wasn't a scene with her before sending her off with Alaina. It'd have been great to impregnate her before she left as it does seem as though we won't be hearing from her for a long time.

Then all the snakes will kill themselves and you. Thats also in the prophecy.

“...cut the head off of one snake and the others will strangle you and each other, cut off the head of all and you will fall into abyss..”

When you kill cassandra, she is identified as a snake by the reflection/moonlady

“You ended the life of poor Cass. It’s good that you’re capable of such things. Now, there’s only a small step left. Another blind snake coils around you...”

So if you execute cassandra, the other snakes would feel threatened and need to accelerate their plans for taking the throne. That's why the snakes will bite eachother and the prince the moment you cut off 1 head. If you kill 2, the last snake standing will kill you.

Yes I agree there are multiple factions but over simplified its either they want to reap the harvest / keep the cycle or they want to destroy the harvest and the cycle.

I finished the update then used the unren tool to check if I missed some scene.

One I missed was at the end of current version(0.12) when Celestine(the queen sister) shows up near the elven tree with your cousins

Any idea what was spoken there and how to trigger this scene?
