In the tarven with the rebels, choose 2 out of 3 of her choices(the last choice must choose her) then it will lead you to the scene.

When you're at the tavern, keep talking to her. After the 3rd time, you'll fuck her. Scene kind of got ruined by Elis throwing his ass in our face though.

Only two times are ok too, I choose her in the first and third choices and still get the scene, just the last choice must choose her to trigger the scene.

Yeah same! Not going to lie the Elin scene is not worth to choose her over Josephine's

Especially there are the one rebel who you can save but I forget his name will break in in the middle of the scene and discover the secret, it will sure become a hidden bomb waiting to explode in the future if you let him live later, so instead of bury a bomb and having a not so great scene with elin, I rather fuck josephine, no to say the scene are great but also it has a high possibility to knock her up too.

The other scenes were so meh by comparison, that you might as well just do all three encounters with Josephine. But that's nice to know that you only need to do it twice. But what would the stray choice even go to at that point? Catalina scenes weren't really interesting and neither were Elin's.
Shaking my head, how could you forget our dear stepson, Valerian.

I think Josephine survives in all of them, I believe.
Because during the Green Path, one of Cass's henchmen discuss what to do with her and she says to send her back to her father.
So yeah I agree with you, high that she is pregnant.

Helped catalina and save her later, so failed to help him which make him dead for sure, and I can see that since I didn't help the son there will be lots of his mom's content missing in my playthrough in next chapter.

I am in white path so don't see such words, but I believe she will survive at all, as it will be more interesting for the story to have a rebel leader's left son turn out be the prince's bastard.

I think a lot of people are going to be missing content going forward. I don't think it will be quite like if you killed Cass before the coup and basically get nothing until you go to the west. Isnt it like real life for when you can choose adventure, desire, passion and uncertainty, but choose stable, predictable, secure ... it can get very boring and life passes by instead of you living?
But dont get me wrong, boring can be exciting for some who has an almost to chaotic life ... that's why we are here for to get fuel for our imagination of some kink

Queen is actually worse than Lia. Because if you choose not to fantasize about her. All of her content is closed. And we're talking about the very first choice with her character. When Elis first returns home and take a bath.
At least, as far as I remember.

Isn't it the same with Elin? Or isn't the lake scene the only way to get on her path?

I don't think Elin is the same. The only way to avoid her is to not help with Lockhart. Otherwise, you can still get her later, if I'm not mistaken. Not sure if that's supposed to be possible or not.

no, even when you are not succed with lockhart her path still open until she ask you on that first scene on tower. those 3 option is the path that you choose to corrupt, love or completly abandon her path.

Pretty sure you don't get any options at all if you decide to not help Elin with Lockhart. Referring to when Cass offers to help. If you decide not to do anything at all. Meaning not following Lockhart. It locks all options completely. That's the only way to get off of her path completely without the part that you're mentioning with the choices in the West.

Alright, I decided to download the game again and replay it. Since it was bothering me a bit. Spent like over an hour but I'm finish with my testing. At least with Queen.
Doing a fresh playthrough, it looks like I was wrong about Queen. I completely forgot that you had the panties and peeking options in her room, which keeps her path going. If you don't look at her in the bath and then don't peek on her or smell her panties. It seems to remove choices completely though. You don't get the late night bath scene choices or the drunk kiss at the tavern.
However, you can still do the ring scene. Which somehow reactivates her path. At least partially. It doesn't lead to the bathing scene before the wife selection. But it does get you a tits sucking and handjob from Queen with Priscilla. Then there's the post coup scene on the bed, which is possible. And then the later scene in the forest with the thighjob. Which is pretty odd.
Doing it this way in general is kind of bipolar though. Since your average player wouldn't be trying to do this half hearted kind of pathing. They would either hard focus into romancing/lusting for Queen. Or hard rejecting. But it is indeed possible to wiggle back into her pathing.
Basically, I underestimated how you can bypass the certain scenes by simply playing into it a bit. At least in Queen case. The prince ring somehow being able to kick start it again. However, if you don't do the ring scene. It skips the other proceeding choices. Even the one after defeating Cass coup attempt. Along with the forest scene in the West.
So for Queen. To get off her path entirely, you have to:
1. Not think lustful thoughts about her.
2. Not smell her panties or peek at her.
3. Don't give her the prince ring.
Do that and you won't get back on her path again. As it just skips right passed the choices. On Elin side of things, I was right about the Lockhart scene. Even if you were romancing her from the start. Refusing to do anything about Lockhart locks her choices going forwards. Including all of her choices in the West.
So basically, Lia is actually worse than Queen. Assuming the ring being able to put you back on Queen path isn't an oversight.
