loli baba is a thing even if it's quite rare but as you said with Patreon it's probably a no-no Lia and Elin are probably the youngest looking possible

No class is better than another in absolute terms.
Warrior is better aligned with Cassandra, Mage with Elin and Bookworm with Lia. They each get exclusive content with the correspondent class.
Isis also respond better to warrior, no idea about Aurora.
