I mean your daughter herself pretty much says she doesn't know what Isis is actually doing. She just knows that Isis goes out to that same spot a lot and that's the entire reason why she's suspicious. I think it's an accusation born based on what type of character Isis is. She's like Cass when it comes to politicking and scheming, but way more skilled because everyone in the south is like that. But she seems pretty happy with warrior mc so I can't really see her doing that. Especially since she's basically already achieving her goals just by being the wife of the Emperor, she wants the mc to be the most powerful man on the continent and for her to whisper in his ear. Like I said as long as Mc doesn't do something to royally piss her off, like demoting her from wife to concubine, I can't see her doing anything to him or having an affair.

From what we know, Elin will not accept cass but begrudgingly accepts either isis or aurora because she can’t make her relationship with the MC public but makes him promise that he will love her just as much as he loves isis or aurora
There's nothing to prove wrong as nothing actually happened but the daughter herself says she has no idea what Isis is doing at all and that she's just suspicious. I'm not sure why you're so convinced that Isis is plotting against the mc. It's literally baseless accusations on behalf of the daughter.
Ok but why would Isis be the mc's enemy? She wants their child to be the heir and for the mc to reestablish the empire. Frankly, I'm more concerned with Alaina potentially betraying the mc.
People don't just betray for the sake of it. They need motivation and right now Isis betraying the mc is counterintuitive of her goals, it's possible something might change in the future but she's already the most powerful woman in the world just by marrying himI don't remember every single piece of dialogue in the game, but I do remember how underhanded, and conniving Cass and other characters were in the game.
So I wouldn't put it past them is all I am saying.

If a writer has a character betray someone for shock value alone without any plausible motivation then it's just bad writing.
