I downloaded the normal version and it has incest. Its pretty much the main fetish of this game. What does the incest patch do?
I thought so too at first, but looking at her back and the painting, she looks much younger than she is now.
It seems MC-Queen relationship got a slowmotion... On update 0.6 you can go down on her and even penetrate her, but on the last 2 updates MC only rubs himself on her thighs, and she (clothely) rubs herself on MC! For compensate, I hope next update gets a real good progression on terms of lewd scenes between these characters
In 0.6, Elis went down on her and penetrated her against her will. She was supposed to get angry and talk to him about it later but that hasn’t been mentioned till now.
The relationship with Queen Mother was always going to be slowburn because she is one of the main LIs in the game. She is not convinced yet to be fully sexual with Elis, so I think it will take more time.

From what I gathered messing with the script files, the dev uses some familial terms as variables (like “mom” for Mom, and “sister” for Sis) which would indicate that LM is planning for a future where the game is discovered by Patreon, and allows the players to define the relationships.
But the story is intended to portray incestuous relationships.

There are several inconsistencies in the summary of the chapters, one for example that the vampire found you in the capital, which I never saw, another is this example I accepted the "tour" of Valeria the variable is valeria_ev==1 but at the time of check it comes out as if I had rejected it...
Indeed the situation is not going to be relatable completely. But the bond between Elis and Queen Mother is that of a son and mother at the end of the day. Any incest scenario is obviously fantasy but it can be consistent and believable in any setting.
Lazy Monkey has already done this in his previous game Monkey Business, which has the most believable mother son incest relationship IMO. It can be done here as well, arguably even better because the medieval setting gives more opportunities to flesh out the relationship and the game is going to be much bigger than the last one.

As a fan of Queen's Night, I certainly support and affirm it.
Especially when the North and South Kingdoms were selecting princesses to marry, I was thinking about these questions and possibilities at the same time.
I don't know what the devs are going to do with the king, or if there are any more creative ways and means to realize him.
I am most inclined to multiple possibilities. I don't like being constrained or restricted in any possibility.
(Even from all the plots so far, the hatred and hostility of the King Root MC
