No the dev himself uploads the game here then lets the mods make the mirrors. The game itself is free.

Does LM really upload the files here himself? I thought one of the uploaders has to get their hands on it first to compress it.

Yes he said in the past he has trouble with uploading so he only uploads to mega and updates the op here. Then he reports the update and lets the site reupload the update on different mirrors.
When he publishes the update on Patreon he initially only gives the mega link, then edits it to include more mirrors taken from here. He even linked directly to this thread sometimes in the past.
For instance this is the release of 0.6:

Between this title and his prior title, this dev really deserves that "Dev of the year" award we give out. The consistency, pace of development, degree of communication even with the massive branching storyline really sets the standard for the kind of dev people should support in 2025.

in the beginning you're given a choice between bookworm, magic, and sword I wanna do both magic and swordsmanship, is there away to use command codes, or the universal ren'py mod to have both or no?

I have my issues with this titles as everyone does with every title, but I am always impressed by LM's insistince on keeping a proper release schedule and not falling for the trap of always delaying further and further until the cadence drops become normal.

I honestly would like to see more scenes with Priscilla, Josephine and Valeria, rather than more scenes with the Mother and Sister.

Hi! So version 0.9 has been released. As I said earlier, this update will be more extensive (by 3.5 ways.). So it may seem a little shorter to you than the previous one. But don't worry, I've decided to change my storytelling methods every time, so in version 1.0 I'll return to a more linear narrative.
