Yeah I would agree with this. This game is already visually good enough and sure improvements would be nice but definitely not at the cost of speed. If he maintained the current quality and increased render speed that's the best situation imo.

That was the consensus on his Patreon, and LM didn't even ask our opinion. So LM fans are already dead-set on LM just focusing on getting IC updated sooner over improving fidelity.

Which is precisely the reason I am his Patron over supporting, say, Dr. Pink and his dating simulator.

LM is perhaps the most consistent dev I've seen alongside weirdWorld. They stick to these 2-3 month dev cycles and meet them. Shame LM isn't quite as big as others.

yeah I'd rather he stick with this level of render quality maybe a clearer image with less artifacts, bc every time I see a dev say "oh guys I have a new graphics card or a new PC so now updates will be much more faster" they end focusing too much on visuals increasing the render quality to the point that they start struggle to make renders and updates end up taking longer than even before

You can be Mage or Warrior. However, unless you're into darker content, you'll likely never get that scene. You have to basically tell her you won't help her when you camp. She'll try to escape and then you have the option to go in that direction. After that, when you help her with Alaina later, you'll get that scene the other poster showed.

He had a huge carte blanche with the old ruler shouldering the blame, just like Daemon acting up totally like a Harry to the UK royal court, and like in this game the ambition sidelined the old for the brash knuckle head of the younger ruler to be - holder of throne now.

I'm pretty sure you can get it on both Mage and Warrior. Scholar is the only one you can't do it on. MC uses Magic instead to catch her, if you're a mage. With Warrior, he chase her down and tackles her.
