He was literally touching her when it was pulled and only lets go of the knife to cover his eye after he was injured. LIke I said you can say whatever shit you want about Cass true self or whatever I don't really care. But you are intentionally lying and ignoring the actual events of the scene to justify your own bias against the character. It happened exactly like I just said. They were both in a tug of war over the knife and mc got injured because they were stupid kids playing with knives.

If your so convinced that Cass was intentionally trying to stab the mc and we are all misreading the scene why would the mc let go of the knife in the first place? He was very clearly trying to take the knife from her the second before he got injured, why would he just suddenly stop pulling? Also it's not that he let go and her hand flug towards him. Is that he pulled her hand in his direction as he was trying to wrestle control of the knife from her and it grazed him. And why do you think we are saying he dragged the knife to his face? That's not what happened. The knife was already outstretch and upword so when he pulled the knife in his direction it scratched his face because it's a sharp object pointed upward.

Like I said I don't really care whether you like Cass or not, think she's a psych or not but you don't have to blatantly lie to try to make that point. They were wrestling over the knife, it got too close to the mc's face and he got scratched. It's pretty simple. Also why would cass need to shift blame in the first place. If she wanted the mc gone she could have actually stabbed him or cut his throat or anything
He was "touching her" to keep her from cutting herself...at the very least she believed that if she did so she would be destined to take his throne, it's unclear whether he believed it but they were 12 so it's possible. But regardless, he was not touching her when the knife made contact with his face and he would not bring the knife towards his own eye...even a child can see that. No, I don't buy that for one second. And she didn't need to swing towards him...her hand just had to be pressing towards him when he was trying to wrestle the knife from her and when he let go the hand just continued on its way and striking him.

No he wasn't he very clearly says he's trying to take the knife from her because he wants to be king and he's grasping her hand the entire time until he gets injured. It's very clear in the scene that both Elis and Cass believe that the knife is magic and that it will make one of them king/queen and that both were fighting over the knife because of that. He was not trying to stop her from cutting her self he was literally trying to take the knife from her hands by pulling it away from her. And again the only time we see him let go of the knife is when he's grasping his face after wards. Like I just said you have a preconvieced opinion on Cass's character based on her future actions. That's fine and I don't really care. But you are trying to use her future actions to justify that this scene is malcious in intention when the game very much presents it as an accident that only happened because they were children fooling around with a sharp object.

Cass never "swung" the knife towards him. And Elis had no real reason to let go of the knife.

And cutting herself they believe would change their destinies resulting in her stealing the throne...soo yes, he was trying to keep her from cutting herself. And the images are very clear...he's not touching her when then knife cuts, last he touched her was when the knife was half way between them. Why are you even arguing this nonsense?

Ok use your own logic for a second. If Cass believed the knife was magic and had the power to make her Queen why would she cut Elis at all? Does she want Elis to be King instead? If she's power hungry and just wants to rule than that's even more evidence to the idea that Elis getting cut was an accident and not something planned, and if she wanted to truly hurt Elis for any reason she could have done worse than just scaring his face a bit. And if Elis was trying to stop her from cutting herself why would Elis let got of the knife? It's very clear from the scene that Elis continuously grasped Cass hand the entire time until AFTER he was injured. I don't know why you keep repeating that he's not touching her when the knife cuts. One min he's holding the knife and the next minute he's covering his face.

I'm so conflicted about Alaina after this update. Somehow, it turned me on with how much of a manipulator she reveals she's been. Like, previously, I was like I can't trust her with shit. But now that she aired the entire thing out? Might have to breed her. My boner is confused as fuck.

As for the rest of the elves in the west, I definitely won't be siding with them. They're plotting too hard and I'm not going to allow them to grow more in power.

Whether by intent or accident she did cut him, he did not cut himself. And you do realize how ridiculous your argument that "One min he's holding the knife and the next minute he's covering his face" sounds, right? A *MINUTE*? Bro it takes at at most a second between him letting go of her hand half way between them and the knife striking. What do you think they'd take a whole minute to do? Sip coffee and discuss how the knife will go or what?

We're saying he cut himself because he pulled her hand in that direction, not because he was intentionally trying to cut himself. The whole point was that the cut was an accident and not a result of Cass actually wanting to harm Elis. My personal opinion is that it's both their faults because neither of them should have been fighting over the knife.

And about the minute thing you have to be trolling. It's a figure of speech, not that it literally took him 60 seconds to cover his face. It's pretty clear he's grasping Cass hand, his face gets cut, he stops grasping her hand and reaches to cover his face. But he never lets go of Cass until after he gets cut. Saying Cass actually wanted to cut Elis in that scene makes no sense if Cass actually believed it would make her queen.

Absolute masterclass of an update in regards to lore dump. In like 10 minutes at the end, we got everything we needed to know from the past neatly cleared up as Part 1 ends. Now it's all about the future shenanigans with twins=reflections, Red Emperor and Mirta.

I find it curious that the Red Emperor is seemingly in favour of Eris and Elin copulating? I thought that would've been something the both of them found common ground on it being a bad thing, Red Emperor because more half-elf half-human mutts and Mirta because of the whole soul reflections plot point.

One of the best updates so far in terms of lewd scenes and lore. I honestly wasn’t expecting the queen to get so much content in just one update. I thought Lazy_Monkey would stretch out their initial taboo relationship until Chapter 2 just to farm more scenes, most developers would — but he didn’t. Much respect for that.

So, I guess Cass

That could end really badly if she finds out, because it would make the MC and his sisters illegitimate — and she’d have a stronger claim to the throne, just below Conrad, I think.

If that’s true, it’s nice to see that LM includes some actual consequences for inbreeding. Knowing MC, he’d probably keep inbreeding until the dynasty unlocks that divine pure-blooded trait from CK3 :KEK:

My only criticism regarding this update is the lack of Josephine and Val — especially Josephine, since MC mentioned he might try to bring her to the capital if she got pregnant. That’s the problem when sometimes the developers starts introducing too many love interests: there just aren’t enough renders for everyone.

Nah we were arguing about that earlier. Regis says in an earlier episode that the prophets said one of his children would destroy him and that he was convinced it was either Cass or the Mc. And then says that he thinks it's both of them. I'm not convinced yet that the reveal were just got was the whole truth.

I find it hard to believe that the fake Regis could cuck the real Regis from a prison cell — but maybe Cass's mother and the fake Regis had a relationship before the wedding and his imprisonment. Just speculation, but for now, I think the MC believes they’re cousins, and that Cass could have a stronger claim to the throne than he does.

I don't believe the chucking story in the first place. I think this is the real Regis and the reveal was a lie or at least only a part of the truth. And Cass wouldn't have a stronger claim to the throne regardless. The throne doesn't pass to women unless the male line is gone. Even if Mc somehow loses his claim it would go to Conrad instead.

Just start the game, is it only me who think the graphic of this game is worse than monkey business? The scene's pixel is very obvious compare to the previous game.
