One of the best updates so far in terms of lewd scenes and lore. I honestly wasn’t expecting the queen to get so much content in just one update. I thought Lazy_Monkey would stretch out their initial taboo relationship until Chapter 2 just to farm more scenes, most developers would — but he didn’t. Much respect for that.

That could end really badly if she finds out, because it would make the MC and his sisters illegitimate — and she’d have a stronger claim to the throne, just below Conrad, I think.

If that’s true, it’s nice to see that LM includes some actual consequences for inbreeding. Knowing MC, he’d probably keep inbreeding until the dynasty unlocks that divine pure-blooded trait from CK3

My only criticism regarding this update is the lack of Josephine and Val — especially Josephine, since MC mentioned he might try to bring her to the capital if she got pregnant. That’s the problem when sometimes the developers starts introducing too many love interests: there just aren’t enough renders for everyone.

Nah we were arguing about that earlier. Regis says in an earlier episode that the prophets said one of his children would destroy him and that he was convinced it was either Cass or the Mc. And then says that he thinks it's both of them. I'm not convinced yet that the reveal were just got was the whole truth.

I find it hard to believe that the fake Regis could cuck the real Regis from a prison cell — but maybe Cass's mother and the fake Regis had a relationship before the wedding and his imprisonment. I don't believe the chucking story in the first place. I think this is the real Regis and the reveal was a lie or at least only a part of the truth. And Cass wouldn't have a stronger claim to the throne regardless. The throne doesn't pass to women unless the male line is gone. Even if Mc somehow loses his claim it would go to Conrad instead.

Not that I agree or disagree with you, but are you referring to the reflection on surface of the serving dish lid? Because if so you can't really use that as proof. Even if the image wasn't distorted by the convex surface (which is very likely), it might be a rendering error.

I don't think this is the consequence of inbreeding (reminder that first-generation offspring of incest are statistically speaking only barely higher at risk of genetic defects. However, repeated inbreeding is what exponentially increases that chance), but rather has something to do with Selina being able to realize she is in a vision and even overpower Mirta's influence - a freakin' deity.

Selina is crazy powerful.

It's a really big pet peeve of mine, too many LIs just dilutes everything. Lots of games have completely non-sensical stories just for the MC to have a harem.

In this game though there's a clear role that Elis has: a prince and heir. So lots of LIs make sense because concubines. And because of that role, the most important and main LIs are also clear: the ones in the castle, and his family of course.

Who knows. The dev's big on twisted reflections / showing alternate or opposite versions of people like those past/present/future visions the MC got.
