change locale to japanese before extracting the game, worked for me.

Can't get past through the tutorial, I used the Locale Emulator and changed my locale to japanese, and nothing. The game looks good, a shame I can't play it tho.

iirc you also need to change your computers date etc to jap for it to work been awhile since i played but i remember thats how it worked for me
