I have the same issue, i can't get that ending. I did:

- Day 1: event in the commander's office
- Day 2: listen to the guys outside, left bench, talking about the commander
- Day 3: event in the commander's office
- Day 4: event in the commander's office, meet him at night in his bedroom (1st scene)
- Day 5: can't get his ending

I tried both virgin and not virgin, got strong libido as well. I may have missed an event tho.

You also need to be at max libido (sex-crazed) by the end to get this ending I think

In the end i just quit, i watched the scene unlocking it with in the gallery. Guess you may try to be sex crazy and just see day 4 events ( else you won't reach the sex crazed status)

I Followed PoisonL1quid's suggestion. Went to the commander's room on the 5th night(You definitely need sex-crazed libido status to enter) , which finally unlocked the final ending for me.
In order to reach that max libido level, would prob be best that you don't ever masturbate or do any training since they lower your libido. Happy new years everyone!
