How come? The Internet as we know it now with websites has been around for over 20 years and it's not like people over 40 become asexual. From what I've learned of other devs here, I would guess the average dev age is close to 40. But they are also probably older than people in average on this site.
Asexual is a lack of interest in having sex, not a lack of sex drive. Voice of experience here.

I find pregnancy and childbirth disgusting, but preg risk can get me going, especially if the game mechanics make it genuinely unpredictable. In my 30s.
Its nature as the ultimate goal and consequence of sexual activity is what I find enticing, 24.

i'm in my 30's and I enjoy any game that includes impregnation assuming it's not some forced/breaking scenario. I think all humans that have sexual desires have to some degree a primal urge to breed. It is, after all, thanks to this urge that we are all alive today lol. I don't think pregnancy is essential for a good game but I do appreciate when it's an option in a game.

Just adopt an older kid from the hood, give him a bunch of food, and make him play football. Then you got yourself your very own Blindside. She gets her kid, and you get rich. Problem solved.
All joking aside, 42 is not a prime age for a kid. She's at a point where's she's going against nature, and god knows what the pill has done to her reproductive system over the years. It could very much happen, but I'd expect a few more miscarriages at least. And even if she does get pregnant, there's a laundry list of complications a woman her age could experience with it. Adoption or surrogacy may end up being her only options, after a certain point, without further risking her health. Wish you the best (or worst, if you don't want it to happen, I guess.
