Haven't played this yet but I heard about some scenes where the girls are shared with other men. Is it possible to avoid these scenes?

I'm not sure if the guy you replied to saw the OP or not, but I think you are misunderstanding.
Blockbite, who you replied to, said that he "heard about some scenes where the girls are shared with other men."
I have the same concern, and the first thing I did, when I decided to check this game out, was read the OP.
There's conflicting information.
The OP does say that there is not any NTR, that you have all of the power.
The reviews from people that have played the game claim otherwise, one reading, "The note on there being no NTR besides netori is a bold faced lie. Of the 17 girls I've seen all the scenes for 11 of them. Of those 11 6 had scenes with the girls fucking other random guys. It was after this realization that I dropped the game. To top it off this isn't even netori as you don't steal anyone."
tl;dr
Claims of no NTR in the OP are dubious; Blockbite's question is valid, and I would ask the same.
