I did say it, and there will be femdom scenes I planned with that character, no worries my man.
You'll automatically get the femdom scenes if you aren't in either of the corruption or romance routes with the character.
Eli is a guy (I assume a trap, but he dresses like a guy in the little he's appeared, although with an effeminate appearance), so all the more reason to avoid him. I could hand him over to be a prostitute, but I'm not going to train him.
If the routes are going to be exclusively maledom or femdom, I think I'll pass.
Imho it would be better as an option in certain situations than making specific route just for that (and ppl who disabled it would not see that options at all), just hope it will not be "forced" after picking that route so we always have choice.
