I suggest if the game is designed in such a manner where you want to give the player as many choices as possible then by all means add it. I wouldn't worry about people viewing it as racist as honestly the idea is better than throwing in a stereotypical black guy character solely existing for the purpose of diversity. If you do add it just add an option that swaps all the characters skin colors to whatever they want and just maybe you won't have someone crying racist though honestly the feature sounds like a lot of work as it means having multiple renders of various skin colors of a same model.

The fact that the black thug with the huge cock that turns married women into sluts is an established cliché doesn't mean that it's actually something often portrayed in porn games. I would suggest, as I've said plenty of times I think, to avoid the "Black thug" stereotype. Literally any game I've played with a Black character is super cringy because it comes off like he was written by someone who has had no exposure to Black people. All of them are the same person wearing different but also oddly similar clothes that scream "Look I'm a Black guy." I would say to treat them like White characters, meaning, you write them as people who just happen to be Black. This especially sticks out in games that attempt to have story with any kind of characterization. The White characters have personalities (although not always super complex) but 9/10 times it just gets phoned in with Black characters and they act either like Black bulls from 80's porn, or out-of-date rapper stereotypes. Even if you do decide to make Black Black characters, even that can be done with more nuance than what a lot of these other games have. I'm glad I've never encountered any Asian dudes in games or I would be dead. Seeing the way other non-White people get the hammer makes me pray to Odin for continued lack of representation.

As for the option to disable it...I mean, I wouldn't, but I can also see the reason for doing it. A lot of times in these types of games everything is fine until a Black character shows up and the comments are highkey racist full of complaints. Maybe just make it optional? But good luck regardless, because if you're making an NTR themed game, you better be prepared for whining either way. People will see it in the tag and still hit you with the "But I don't want to share (" instead of moving on.
