It's funny saying this considering you have a rule against leading people to other sites with more free expression and better services almost like your afraid of competition or something than some unwarranted fear that will break the law somehow which you are already in multiple violations of.
But other people will read it and that is what matters to me. If your read it or not doesn't, because you don't matter either. Petition to unban Retsy's games
Reasons:
1. Retsy's characters , in particular those labled "shota", are drawn in an unrealistic style that leans toward a caricature, that is created in a sketchy comedic style. "unrealistic' depictions are generally looked upon more favorably "
2. Retsy's shota characters show signs of puberty, this is concluded by their actions and dialogue, as their age can't be determined. I would say it ranges between 13 and 15 years old. Medical reports and studies show that puberty often occurs at an even lower age.
P.S: The "shota" in Retsy's games could even be considered midget adults, but definetely not prepubescent minors.
3. Some of Retsy's game don't even include "shotas" but a decision was made to ban his work as a whole.
4. There is absolutely no debatable reason not to allow threads featuring SFW versions of Retsy's work as they show no sexual intraction between characters that can be considered prepubescent minors and adults. Itch.io considered them safe even after their lastest "purge".
5. Other games that can be considered to violate the site rules more than Retsy's games exist, like the works of the circle called "Dan Games" that often feature realistic characters and interactions betwen minors and adults, but they are allowed despite the so-called reports with the purpose of "helping" the site.
6. No decision should be made after receiving pressure from a certain individual or group and no decision should afect an artist's work as a whole. My request is that when you have the time, to examine each of Retsy's games separately, including in your study both the SFW and NSFW versions and decide if they can be allowed here. It would be a shame to lose all the work of such a talented artist from this site so easy.

The rule is no LINKING to content banned here, this site no NO rules about leading people to others sites and even has threads on you to use other sites.

You'll also find in many of the threads crying about "boohoo game banned" that people are told if you want it go to other sites to get it.
People won't read 3 posts above theirs to see the save file or update notice they are asking for... they are even less likely to read a wall of gibberish pages back...
