This dev has nothing to do with Avalon, that's A Penny for Your Thoughts.

Also, Avalon's ending wasn't rushed, the dev never planned it to go any longer.

I mean, technically he has fucked like four women, though it often feels like circumstance demands it. Either the nun is basically demanding it of him or some other thing happens. And yes, he does fuck another one this time. But only after a goddess basically places him in a geas and teases him, then throws a naked woman into his cell. He then proclaims he is not gay, while saying a few things that make me wonder if the grand revelation is that he's a nice guy incel trying to white knight, because it absolutely sounds like either the character or the writer has never actually dated. That he'd totally bang the entire town if they just walked up and asked, and be a great boyfriend if the ladies would just come in single file and ask nicely. But he will never start the moves, never be the one to take initiative. And no, I am not trolling.
As stated above, there's the thing where the naked girl basically says, wait you're not gay, me and a couple of the girls totally thought you were gay. When told to take her hard, his response is, "Shit, how did the guys in the pornos do it?" He then bemoans his lack of experience and says he wonders if Code Vein 2 is ever going to be a thing, which in case you forgot, is an anime waifu soulslike. So I can only imagine he's an absolute virgin who on being thrust into this situation, decided he'd turn into an otome love interest because that's his idea of not being a monster in a harem context. And she calls him out that she was giving him signals the size of an aircraft carrier's landing lights, and his response is, what in front of your family? And she says, yes, and then take my family.
That said, I'm still invested. Because now he's going to go to court and the overseers are going to do something to give him another advantage. And it also feels like Athena is also trying to get him in trouble to stir shit up more, at least that's why I think she gave him the naked girl, to make it seem like, dang this dude just can't stop himself from banging that puss, he totally is a sex fiend your honor. Basically everyone in universe wants the MC to turn into a big dick monster that fucks through the town like a tsunami through a town made of paper mache, except the MC and the writer. You're welcome to your opinion, but I wouldn't characterize your synopsis as accurate. Where in the dialogue below do you see hints that he's a nice guy incel trying to white knight? Because I don't see it.

Since I seem to be one of the lone voices defending this game in the thread, I'll double-down and say this: women are the gatekeepers of sex and men are the gatekeepers of relationships. Women, even the double-baggers, get offered dick on a constant basis. Don't believe me? Then believe one of the great though leaders of our time -

But now, the tables are turned. The power dynamic is totally flipped and forty women who have been celibate for two years now have access to a guy. Suddenly, it's the man who is the gatekeeper of sex, not the women. Personally, I find that to be an interesting plot point and I hope the dev doesn't squander it. That plot set-up allows for some intriguing explorations of the way women react when they no longer sit at the pinnacle of the sexual power dynamic. Look at the very different ways a woman who is a 7 or 8 reacts to a man whom she considers to be a 2 vs. a 10 and you'll understand what I mean. This MC might not be a 10, but the fact he doesn't display any immediately repulsive behaviors gets him pretty damn close since he's being graded on a curve as the only available man.

I like how there seems to be a vast difference in how some of the women are approaching him. The differences range from drooling slut-mode to flirty interest to indifference to cautiousness to irrational hatred. It's a nice spectrum of reactions that I would expect from such a large cast of characters.

Even better, the MC seems to be written in a measured way. He isn't a pervy fuckwad or some ridiculous GigaChad or some pathetic simp. He generally seems to be a slightly insecure guy who has good intentions but is out of his depth. That's the perfect sort of characterization with which to start the game because it gives him room to grow and have a character arc.

That said, I'm still invested. Because now he's going to go to court and the overseers are going to do something to give him another advantage. I definitely agree with you here. This is the inverted power dynamic I mentioned before. I wish the dev would play up this aspect and really make some of the women squirm. My hope is that we will see that down the line as he continues to bed the women who have treated him decently while denying the toxic bitches the holy dick while condemning them to further carpet-munching or jilling-off should they ever come around for some reason.

This really isn't necessary. You might not like the story or would like it to go a different way, but there's no reason to start personally attacking the writer. Criticize the game all you want. Most devs have no problem with criticism because it gives us some insight into things that players see that we do not. But leveling a personal attack only makes you look weak and generally causes us to outright dismiss anything you say.
