I'm as big a fan of huge tits as anyone. And I mean that almost literally, not just hyperbole! I never get tired of seeing women with huge natural chests. But...there does come a limit when too much is too much and you cross into the absurd, and this game has unfortunately crossed that line to the point where its silly. And while I'm pretty sure that was a conscious choice on the part of the dev, I think that it could be an awesome game had he scaled it back a bit. The same certainly goes for the huge schlong that's now attached to the MC.
The overall idea is hot, and I'm very down with it. Having characters who are strangers thrown into a situation where they're nude or barely clothed and situations lead to them having sex with one another is a fetish of mine. Obviously, you need at least some of the women to not be on board with the idea, or else there would be no challenge or satisfaction. But what I rally don't get is why the MC is such a grumpy stick in the mud who's resistant to everything that's happening to him. Obviously, he's been thrown into a weird situation against his will, and needed to have things explained to him, but once that happened, and he realized that his job was now to have sex with several dozen hot women in a world with no consequences, it seems really, really strange that he's fighting it as hard as he is.
It would be one think if he were married and struggling with the need to remain true to his wife back on Earth, despite the inevitable. But its made clear that he doesn't have much of a life at all and nothing holding him back, so his motivations are really strange. Basically, he's just a dick, and that makes it harder for me to really get into it. Especially so given that its a first person game and I'm supposed to be making the choices.
Either way, from the point where it stands now, I think that the game would be greatly improved by going to a map system. It doesn't have to be beautiful or fancy. Just let the player select which part of the area they want to go to, and which women are in that zone any any given time to be interacted with. And then once there, they can choose which one to advance the story with. Once that story segment is done, the player is bounced back to his house and can choose the map again.
The pure, single direction VN makes it a bit hard to keep track, honestly. And it makes it feel like there isn't much choice to be had.
