Just wanted to remind you that you should really look at the TAGs.

But to answer your very pertinent question. Yes, you can. After you start the game, press Start and when the game loads, press Alt+F4. No Harem for you. Oh, and it's completely fool proof. It works 100% of times.

to anyone else getting missing mpeg file errors, dunno why but the game search for the mpeg files from the /game/images folder but all the mpeg files after day 10 or 11 are inside their matching subfolders, they have to be moved out of them for the game to find them
