Just .../AppData/LocalLow/MonsterBox/IN HEAT folder together with other files like "config","Player" and "Player-prev" .

Also check if you have Adult content enabled in the game.

I like the game, but is there a reason why it needs to use 100% of my GPU?

Have you tried turning on VSync in the game settings?

I do have it enabled as I've played and gotten game overs. Are game overs not scenes in the gallery?

I've placed the data file both in the game directory with the dll files and in the IN HEAT_DATA FOLDER with boot.config and still nothing has changed. Can you post screenshots of your folders?
