I'm lost, what happened to the other maps in the description? The game feels completely different compared to when I tried it last year
Not to mention they basically had to restart since they migrated to UE5, this game has violently shit its pants since the "upgrade" to a new engine. They got a new programmer so they're kind of starting over from scratch.
The ride never ends. They are moving the game to Unity and the Unreal version will be a prequel. So maybe development will speed up.
Oh my fucking GodThey are moving the game to Unity and the Unreal version will be a prequel. So maybe development will speed up.

You must be new or not play too many nsfw games. At least half of these patreon/subscribestar hentai games are like this.I have never seen an NSFW game stuck in development hell like this one.
The way I've seen it, UE5 is the engine you pick for a great-looking game with strong dynamic animation tweaking support and better rendering. It's the engine to use if you're serious about making something look great but that's better used for RPGs since the fine details will be on screen often in a big world. They are moving the game to Unity and the Unreal version will be a prequel. So maybe development will speed up.

Looks more complicated than the debug camera I use in universal unreal unlockergood news: unity has a freecam too!You must be registered to see the links
unfortunately at this rate we are years away from a game worth freecamming
I'd like to think I play a lot of NSFW games, but I follow very few of them. In Heat here was pretty much the first game here that I seriously started following, because I loved it. Now I have seen some games stuck in development hell, but more often then not I'm not that interested in them or I'm jumping in when they're practically abandoned. You must be new or not play too many nsfw games. I've been following it since about 0.5. This game always had a dodgy vibe about it from the beginning with having basically no tutorial and each new version introducing new bugs.I'd like to think I play a lot of NSFW games, but I follow very few of them. But the keywords here I want to emphasize in my original post is "like this one." Yes, I am aware of many NSFW games getting stuck in some sort of development hell, but never have I seen a game just give up and move engines twice.
This game has been effectively going backwards for a number of months now, and they're going to ask folks to throw more money at them for the Unity version of the game.
You already have a good base for the game, so I believe that you will overcome the code problems and make a great game.I want this game out as much as everyone and have been assisting Monsterbox on getting all assets done. But there's nothing Monsterbox or I can do to influence the programming end's speed or cooperation. Believe me, I have stated my frustration at the progress and setbacks but there is nothing we can do other than be directly involved at once with the engine switch.
I was the one to suggest re-framing the Unreal build into a prequel, and helped make assets for it while helping on the Unity build. And with the switch to Unity, I can lend a hand in tweaking and adding whatever is necessary asset-wise.
And along with helping on the main game and making its VN spinoff, I'm also doing a third chapter of another unrelated game for Steam. I can hence only stretch myself so thin for everything.
Please be patient, I wouldn't have put this much work for this long helping Monsterbox if there had been any sign of ill will.
