You make it available by collecting at least 1 Red/Black video tape then clearing the night. Easiest just to farm Night 1 so you only have to deal with 3 of them instead of all of them.
It's taking a bit of gore direction.And people complain that the regular fnaf parodies are brutal..fucked to death by machines... What would they say about the current In Heat?
So you're saying it needs a "Headless" option toggle in addition to Adult content?
And I'll admit that Misty was a little surprise.. I always thought she is a pure dominant type, but here it looks like she doesn't really care. Good fuck is good fuck..top-down(left-right).,doesn't matter.

i have no idea how to do a review but they need to improve the ai of this game, first it so annoying when certian things happens and you can't do a thing, like when sammy gets in your face and a bomb is about to go off, how easy it is for the shark to kill you and even if you can't see the black catgirl she breaks you screen (FIX AS SOON AS POSSIBLE) plus way too hard to see the red robot so you panicing through screens and boom no sainty goes down way way to fastand when both are at your doors, the light red it just impossible, plus it hard to find the red book which i think unlock stuff in gallery, i miss old way of unlocking stuff for your office now it just a fanf clone
edit update: ok how could they have the black cat girl in her state! she too unfair! like the game wants you to switch screen quick so you can recharge your sainty, however nile punishes that! and the whole night you lose you screen, like how is this even fair!? most of the time you can;t even see her or she pops in just as your moving screen, even wrost when you click a job before she breaks your screen, all they needed to do was have it temporary shut down before coming back, also with sammy don't let the bomb or her face you when either is in the room, also sammy take way to long to go, also the button, you have to guess! before you knew! it so annoying, and fact is even when the doors are closed they can still kill you, on later nights the black catgirl take longer to fill the heart so if someone is at the window your screwed as it either get a camera broken or die
level 12 is impossible as you have to deal with a red wolf who slowly move to you office you have to watch her! problem! sammy keep getting in and stopping anything you do! so you have to deal with her, the wolf and repairs all at the same time as dealing with the others and of course nile desotrying everything
it sucks that it become a rage game, like idk how most even work!? how does the wolf work? coz sometime she insta kill you then doesn't
final edit: finally beat this game and let me say, it not worth it, what they had before was much better, first thing firs,t nerf the stuid black cat thing and sammy, those two are the most run enders in this game, the only thing good about it is the porn stuff and character designs everything else sucks hard!

It's "in dev", so a lot of things can change.
However, you are generally right that "Bad Luck" RNG can kill players very quickly and if this repeats (and it is repeated quite often), it leads to frustration very quickly. Well..The original game works better with this..simply, because some events were reset by others.

It's kind of unfortunate that they took the direction of making the gameplay more complicated. It makes sense on paper, but ultimately the entire reason the FNAF style of gameplay blew up with porn games, even amongst people who don't give two craps about that franchise, is because of how simple it is. It's made to be played with one hand and is one of the rare examples of gameplay actually complimenting the lewds and making it more enjoyable. Now you're so busy juggling game mechanics that you haven't got time to stare at Poppi's butt or appreciate the ambience as a bunch of 7 foot tall Amazonian furry temptresses that could crush your skull with their thighs knock on your office windows. It's kind of a shame really since the game over animations look a lot better, but the build up and "foreplay" element has been lost. Bit of a boner kill really!
I played a bit and really enjoyed the additional game mechanics. I'm not deep enough to have a firm opinion but I actually think this team can really make a nice game in Unity. Although I'm not sure what "progression" can be for an FNAF game besides story and surviving the final available night.

I have a complete opposite opinion. I prefer having that busy work versus just staring into the feed cams and it makes a lot more sense for FNIA style. "If I spend my time staring at Poppi's arse, I won't noticed that jealous cat (dog) smushing her breasts on my window or "playful" tiger at my office door or the fact the power is about to g-"
The reason you say for FNAF style for blowing up I feel is 100% your personal reason and not actual fact. Me personally I don't give a crap about the franchise because it's boring (to me). Jump scares just don't do anything for me, but the idea of being hunted down by some horny animatronics is intriguing. The 3 FNIA/FNAF games I consistently return to play all have other things to do rather than just staring at the screen, and I can still do that with one hand.....well for two of them at least. Simple games for simple minds, let us enjoy the ones that break that simplicity.
I'm enjoying the Unity build more than the Unreal build by far. To the extent that the sex element is optional to the game's enjoyment. It is fun to see pretty girls inching towards me while still having a nice gameplay experience, without the bother of jump-scares. So far from what I see the progression mechanics of this game are completing levels and finding hidden tapes to unlock sex scenes in the gallery, which is a smart way to unlock them. I've not gotten to the end since this game is much more difficult, but I enjoy the difficulty because it gives me a valid reason to lose and I appreciate the gameplay more.
What stands out: Ari the green fox is still strangely out-of-place, but since she only attacks at low sanity yet still has significant effects even when not attacking, she also feels like a solid part of this world. The telephone voice acting is also vastly better because it is actually helpful advice! Not like the garbage phone talk in the previous build. And the shark girl mechanic is actually decently triggerable without feeling too strict. You can even close the door on her if you manage to trigger her.
Update:
I spent fair time this weekend to finish what the game had to offer up to this point. Blood Moon Ari was an exciting addition to the gameplay flow.
The game's main screen 3D scene implies that more levels will be added in the future, which is a good way to build progression. The "Arcade" section of the first screen in the main menu implies the possibility of either small arcade games with story exposition, or Custom Night settings to set aggression on your opponents. Both of these features were in the canon FNAF series.
Old builds of the game had tiny aesthetic decor to unlock as progression but I advise against significant development focus toward this -- completionist urges to collect clutter for players who have already cleared all playable content in the game is not a significant enough factor for players to continue playing and enjoying their experience.
What is interesting about difficulty so far is that the poster graphic in the player's security room implies this is Normal Difficulty. I'm sure there are opinions about difficulty, but I like how it feels right now. There should definitely be harder and easier difficulty selection for missions in the future.
Later, I revisited the game with Adult Content disabled in the settings. Playing this way is pretty nice too. The main menu icon for the sex animation gallery changes but nothing else past that. In gameplay, the pursuer girls have different clothes that show less skin but still keeps their body shape unchanged. When one of them defeats the player, instead of a sex scene playing afterwards the character will speak to the player in a black background scene. Stylistically the game is just as enjoyable with the censorship as without, but with a tone that shifts slightly from sexual to playful.

I seem to be misremembering something. Wasn't there a tiger at one point in this game? I vaguely remember it in the preview images.
Isn't Sammie the Tiger? The only character to my knowledge not in the current build is the Gunslinger character that used to nap on the store screen in the old build.

I wish I saw Cassidy to relate to the banter above. I've not seen the character nor played with her in gameplay so I have no opinion. Although I do restate the opinion that the game has strongly redeemed itself on the gameplay front, for the reason that doomsaying against the game got pretty common with the project's lack of direction. The game has improved so much that I'm actually shocked the project didn't become vaporware. It would shape up to be a great game provided "progression" is implemented well.
Here is what I feel about future progression. It's an arcade game not an open world game, so I would recommend more levels overall. Players don't care about unlockable clutter. Players like RNG despite some loud voices against RNG, since replaying a level again isn't fun without difference. One can argue that having certain mechanics of levels themselves be influenced by RNG is a smart move.
Unlockable side-games are a smart move. I think unlockable aesthetics can be a smart move if they were more notorious, for example X unlockable minigame High Score unlocks Y item or some challenging objective like keeping the chubby dog girl in your doorway (a risk) for X amount of time for an unlock. Maybe a difficult challenge, like refusing to look at the hallway where the evil version of Ari spawns and creeps for at least X amount of time. Purposely aggro'ing Nile by refusing to keep camera on her all run, never looking away from Sammy when she stares at you, breaking the microwave yet still surviving, never closing the gas leak, etc.
However a balanced game does not benefit from powerups on top of a flat foundation, so it is a bad idea to make "plushies" or such give the player an easier time since the "good" gameplay gets "boring". It can be valid if it was a "trade" not a "buff", for example an alternative plush giving reduced sanity benefit in exchange for a good trait or more sanity for a bad trait. For example, a plush of Nile the Egypt-themed jackal will give a large sanity boost in exchange of Nile resetting her affection bar and immediately pressing herself against your window, which is a cost to battery power for locking her out and a time risk for being inefficient staring at her earlier / having to repeat that job next time she moves back to the map. Or something simpler, like a plush that gives less sanity per use but makes Sammy the Tiger "repel away" when used. Do note that any system of stat exchanges like this takes a crap ton of balance work, which is why I say give them good unlock criteria for style first and then incentivize later (optionally) using this approach if you think unlocks should have more attraction to players.
