Watch it as much as you can, while dealing with all the other issues.
It does not move when you are watching it. Simple.
The mechanics are like this: the boss spawns in the green hallway on the far right (near the big square room you can't look into) and beelines from there through the main room to the right security door - if it reaches past the window of the door it's game over. It moves very slowly, and if left unwatched I'd estimate it takes about 3 in game hours to get to you. While you have the camera in the same room as the boss, it won't move, but if your sanity drops to zero it no longer works.
Really it's ultimately up to RNG not fucking you over with the other monsters busting in on you or everything breaking down simultaneously, there's no real simple pattern. The phone guy suggests leaving all the doors shut which helps but makes your sanity drain rapidly so you gotta be quick about restoring it.

As of this update the gallery options are all full but you still can't see the game over animations yet
I believe its when you turn off the NSFW mode. So when one of the girls gets you, it cuts to a dark screen with them saying something to you

yeah I spent about 2 hours trying to make sense of UnityExplorer and setting it up with melon loader and BepInEx and had no luck with either, not sure if its just missing plugins i need or incompatible versions or Opperator Incompetency but it was driving me nuts
