Ugh It´s sometime ago I beat night 12. I was frustrated at first.
First of all you must KNOW which door repairs with which button without looking it up.
Also if a girl catches you I think the time jumps forward a bit (really deadly for the bomb timers)
And as DocRipper said. Just have fast reactions. Plan the bomb route effectively. Lock teal girl in the top right corner to get her and the room out of your system.
I also needed like 4 or 5 tries.
If I remember correctly, there is a final section when there will be many bombs dropped at once. I think I just speedrun the bomb defusal without caring for the girls at all anymore

But you're right about something.
Doors (room cleaning) can be a problem. Of course you can press all buttons in a panic, but .. its risky.
Ari is not such a problem in the last level, because Poppi is the boss, so you only have 4x4 (girls x rooms). Normally you have 5x4, so there is always one left.
Yeah.Planning routes is important so you don't waste time. Especially in the second part of Night 12. All the bombs activates again and at once, but you don't have to deal with other girls and clients. It's just a matter of finding the right "bomb defusing route" and not wasting time... and of course don't make a mistakes under stress in bomb defusing mingames, otherwise ..*boom* .
