Your game files need to be located in a very specific directory on your data drive for mod loader to work, in this case it would beNo idea how to do that

As I tried to get to down of your issue and help I got more and more confused with every answer you replied to me so I decided to just download this mod and check for myself if it even works. Firstly I have put the game files in earlier mentioned file directory, downloaded latest MelonLoader launcher, added game executable path in it and let it install ( make sure to check the nightly build option ), then I launched the game once without any mods installed and let it do its thing ( you know it's doing something because there is a console command window processing stuff before main game boots up ) and after it entered main menu I closed out of it. Once that was done I extracted downloaded mod files from Nexus Mods which was Foxcom-Futanari-AB file and FutanariMod.dll into the newly created Mods folder that appeared in main game directory after installing MelonLoader in it, then at last I launched the game and I was happy to see that this mod does in fact work if you do everything correctly. Try to replicate my steps and let me know if then it works for you or not, cheers
