I want to know what kind of path my choice will lead to for example in the last scenario what will happen to MC and Talia's relationship if I don't agree to share Sylvia because obviously only sharing Sylvia Talia will invite MC to her room later

I don't follow strict hard routes design. Just because you miss it now it doesn't mean suddenly that mistress route is locked or something.

Anyone have a fix/patch for the right-click? This is barely playable.

edit: actually solved it myself. Will be reverted in the next update if dev continues to keep this.
