Yes in the cheats menu. Click on the 3 lines bottom of the guide box to activate the cheats menu.
In the Flow Chart, E09B-2 and E09B-3 are the exact same for some reason.
Get outta here with that. There are plenty of AVNs here with that, go find one of those.

Fiona did mention she was going to introduce Iris to her "bodyguard". So, maybe...
There's qos accessories on 2 girls but it seems to be just random/not related
