now that i looked into your image more. You seemed to load old save. Flowchart work on basis of you watching scenes which means in order to unlock previous scenes you have to probably play from start.

Then there is unlock all button if you don't want to hunt for scenes you want to unlock.

I did a clean PC install of 0.83 and have no issues opening the game.

Windows 10 , The game opens, it says “loading”. Then it closes.

Try this, hold down the Shift key while starting the game or press Shift+G once it has started. This will bring up the "Graphics Acceleration" menu where you can select a different renderer. Auto is preferable.
